S	Sheila Tofini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression was great. Asking for a review for their services prior to any work being done was a flag. Where do we begin. I would like to make this as short as possible. Their high tech camera exposed a leak in the pipe. They suggested my husband jackhammer and expose the area needed to access plumbing. This was done. Then came a request for 50% deposit prior to commencing work. We negotiated 25% up front, then 25% upon arrival. Arrival did not go as planned. My husband took a week off work, and then they postponed to the next week. That week came, they arrived, were here no more than 20 minutes and left, returning our deposit electronically. When we asked what happened, they said we needed a drain master and said the job was too big for them to handle. We called DrainMaster and spoke with Gerry, the owner. He came by and the first words out of his mouth were, why did they leave? The majority of the work is already done? He then referred us to another plumbing outfit that showed up, said the majority the work was already done and it would take perhaps a couple of days, 2 guys. No deposit, half the price and superb service. I tried to shorten this, but it was not that easy. Moe's Plumbing were very eager for us to leave a review, so here it is. FYI we never received a call from anyone to discuss this. Their response was a generic cut and paste reply. Case closed.

Moe is obviously proud of the service van he designed for keeping all his tools and supplies well organized. Installation went very smooth and so far no issues found after 1 week of installation. Soroosh responds quickly to texts and good with communication.

Luckily it wasn’t too cold back in November because I had to wait for a week to get the parts ordered. Soroosh, came a few days earlier to fix my furnace then scheduled and went out of his way to get me a free filter!!:))) He showed me how to maintain my furnace so that it would run smoother. Exceptional service!!! Highly recommend!

Moe's pluming work is professional. They make sure all issues are resolved before leaving. The best thing is that they clean out the place before leaving. Not even a single tape or pipe left behind. I like that it is a family business rather than a company just hire some worker and sent it to do the job. Definitely will use them again.

Free of charge he offered me advice: that the issue was likely a valve cartridge, and even pointed me in the direction of where I might find a replacement. Ultimately I did not engage Soroosh as a contractor and I solved the issue myself, but I greatly appreciate the helpful advice given even though I did not end up becoming a paying customer. So for that, 5 stars! Excellent customer service and response times.
