Since we purchased our ~110 year old home back in January of 2021 we've used Drips & Drains to replace our drain tile, upgrade our sewer, upgrade our main, and redoing virtually all of the plumbing and heating throughout the house. I will continue to use Drips and Drains for any and all of my plumbing and heating needs, and can't recommend them enough. Ben & Kris as well as there entire team - John, Iain, Rylan, etc. were all great to work with, communicated extremely well, and their professionalism and flexibility were second to none.

If l had known beforehand of their outrageous pricing l would have taken my business someplace else. I contacted Ben Wennes the owner and asked for a fair and partial refund but got ridiculous bafflegab as a response. Don’t be surprised when he try’s to refute my claims with more Blah Blah Blah. Don’t be fooled and don’t believe it.

It was a bit of a miracle, but Drips and Drains had a crew that was in our neighbourhood finishing up another job and they were able to pop in and repair the pipe (which a restoration crew had isolated for them to come in for quick access; the repair would've been a lot more costly and time consuming had this crew not been there to open the drywall and allow photos and videos of the damaged pipe). After communicating on the phone and sharing photos and video on WhatsApp, two guys from Drips and Drains were in and out in 40 mins and the final cost was half of their quote! The guys showed us the damaged pipe they had removed and explained how it could've happened. They were amazing. Our Christmas miracle. If we ever need heating and plumbing addressed, it is going to be with the fast, honest guys at Drips and Drains.

While Ben was helping scope the work he identified a critical issue with my strata's fire sprinkler system, and his team that completed the work (namely John and his brother Julian) were beyond professional and a joy to have working on our place. After introducing my young son he was asking to see the two brothers for days after, a testament to their attitudes while on the job.
