He carefully investigated the problem, suggested a reasonable course of action to excavate the drain. Though it wasn't clear at the beginning whether this would work, he was able to remove the old pipe down to 5 feet, which was blocked with roots from a nearby tree, and then unblock and flush the deeper drain so that water flowed freely to the sump. He installed new PVC pipe that should be much easier to maintain in future, and solved a problem that we've had for many years.

He carried out a very detailed inspection and answered all of our concerns in a patient and polite manner. The next day, he sent me a project plan with cost estimate, very efficient! Nice guy and nice services.

The job may have been completed earlier if more than one person assigned to the job. However, I am very happy with the work Phablo has done. He is an excellent tradesman with high trade standard, safety and professionalism. He is very well organized, very well with communications, and with very high quality workmanship. The job was completed with full cleanup and fully functional. Bravo! to Phablo. I will recommend Red Seal to my friends anytime. Thank you again for Phablo & Red Seal for the job well done.
E	E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Trustworthy. Would use again. I had two visits from Red Seal Plumbing - One for an initial inspection and another to find the cause of the leaks. I felt very comfortable with this company. It didn't feel Red Seal Plumbing was just out to make a buck. They value the customer and I'm sure this leads to lots of repeat business and referrals. Plumbing is costly, but their prices are not exorbitant. The costs were reasonable and I appreciated that they were fully transparent with itemized costs for each step, in advance and I could choose what steps I wanted to take. They were even flexible with me letting them know on the day of the work how much I wanted done. Fernanda (at the office) was very nice and very accommodating with my schedule. Kevin (the plumber) was on time, courteous, and patient with all of my (many) questions. He found the two sources of the leaks with only removing a small amount of drywall. I felt his helpfulness was above what you’d expect, and that’s what prompted me to leave an online review of the company (the first I’ve ever done – so that’s saying something!).

From the front desk team to the text message updates I received to the service itself, the whole experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Phablo. Our house is very old, so he definitely had his work cut out for him, but was super courteous! I really appreciated how he wore boot covers, and put down towels on our carpet. He did the job very well, and we are super pleased. We will definitely be contacting them next time we need plumbing done. Thank you so much!
