★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The previous company we have been using for years was trying to get us to replace our furnace with a new high efficiency one. During their recent free inspection visit the inspector has somehow loosen up the gas pipes joint, and told us the casing of the furnace is badly burnt and will break down anytime soon. A friend of our recommended us Royal Furnace. Andrew came to us really quick, did a nice job in checking and fixing the machine. He is very knowledgeable, and showed us the furnace is still in good shape. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone who is looking for an honest professional to work on their furnace.

Andrew came over to fix our fireplace. He is very professional, considerate, and reliable.
When I asked him to replace the valve unit, which was not completely broken but very old and hard to operate, he suggested trying a cheaper way first. He did the replacement after all, but he took extra time to find the best solution for me.
As we couldn’t confirm the fireplace was fixed and worked properly at the time of repair (that’s completely my fault), he came over again to check and clean some part to make the fireplace work perfectly with no charge, saying it’s his responsibility! (Couldn’t help tipping!)
Now I know why he is SO busy, but I'd call him again for future maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the pleasure of having Andrew clean out/maintain my furnace and last winter he really bailed me out of some very cold nights. He answered to my call within 24 hours, including arriving on a Friday night, before a long weekend. He understands how important heat is during the cold winter days/nights. He diagnosed my old furnace multiple times to ensure that the diagnostic was correct and tried a number of options to trouble shoot. My furnace is very old and I just didn’t have the funds for a new one at the time and needed it repaired. Andrew went out of his way to locate a replacement part and called a number of his contacts to ensure the part would work and be available. A few days later he had the part installed and more importantly working efficiently. I highly recommend his skill set and work ethics. He is courteous, respectful and hard-working. Thanks again Andrew. I will be sure to call you come furnace replacement time. Tx, Luis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended!! I needed a new water heater. A few hours later it was delivered and installed by Andrew in Ismael from Royal Furnace Services. Andrew gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone explaining that there might be added expenses once he was on location. The service was excellent and professional. Both Andrew and Ismael worked in unison to replace faulty pipes and leaky valves. Not a complaint about having to carry the water heaters up and down 3 floors. Very professional. I will continue to use their services for other needs for the house.

In the past, I have required that a zone valve be replaced and most recently, my furnace stopped working. I was impressed with how quick Andrew was at accommodating me on such short notice. Not only has Andrew been efficient at carrying out the repairs, he has been reliable and his pricing has always been more than fair. I highly recommend Royal Heating!
