They said they had the Browning part but when i mentioned it was for a norinco they wouldnt sell me the part because "browning doesnt like that". Called a local gumsmith instead amd had the part ordered in less than 5 minutes. Poor customer service and terrible attitude, they wont be getting my business ever again.

They had it in stock! $35 minimum order to ship so if you are after a low cost single screw or a tiny spring you will need to build up your order to meet this requirement. Shipping was fast and customer service polite. It's becoming harder and harder to source firearms parts in Canada. WGP was a pleasure to deal with.

They were neither helpful nor accommodating in trying to assist me in getting my order up to their 30$ dollar minimum. It was painful dealing with their customer service. Was as if they did not want to assist the customer or that it was not worth their while for such a small order. I emailed them first and they were not helpful. I followed up with a call and it went from bad to worse. Extremely disappointed in their service. My experience similar to Other below. Condescending and rude if you are not an experienced gunsmith.

I provided parts numbers and received everything I had asked for well packaged and very fast. They even included a nice little complimentary bonus. I recommend this business for all firearm related parts. I will be shopping with them again.

Nice folks on the phone - even though I'm in the People's Republic of Ontario....It arrived less than a week later, well packed and exactly what I'd ordered. Only a $20 shipping fee. Ya, great folks and I totally intend to use them again.

Unfortunately, the part was in terrible condition and did not function properly. I had to track it down from another seller who sent one in far better condition for the same price. I'd give these guys another shot but would first ask for detailed photos before buying
B	Bill Newton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WGP comes through again with an obscure, much needed part. This time a spring for a Colt Single Action Army revolver. I have consistently been surprised at the depth of WGP's inventory and enjoy the resulting rush knowing I can get a part without the hassle that cross border parts can involve. That's not to say they have everything. Midway, Brownell's, Numrich, IMI and especially Harley Davidson all have their inventory gaps. Some reviews have noted a less than friendly staff. That has never been my experience. Maybe because I tend to be respectful and friendly in my dealings with them.
