โ โ โ โ โ I had purchased a "brand new gun" it shipped ok got here and int of the brass shells didn't say 6mm was clogged and renderd useless, I was missing the Allen key that was supposed to be in the new box and the gun screws were all scrapped up. I let that go tho and only contaced about the shell, I got an email back from the company and it was kinda snotty, as if it were my fault a foreign item was in my package.

โ โ โ โ โ Good selection, remote location but EXCELLENT service. Gentleman helping me (George) stayed 20+ minutes after the store closed to show me a selection of pistols that I was interested in. He answered the majority of my questions and even taught me the basics of maintaining my new pistol. He was also nice enough to recommend a green gas and lubricant so I can maintain it at home and shoot with good quality propellant. I'm honestly very happy with the service and the extra mile travelled to make sure I'm confident and happy leaving the store. I'd definitely recommend this store, even if it's a bit out of the way.

โ โ โ โ โ Kinda limited selection on guns however the staff was very helpful, Their tech Dave helped me find upgrade parts for a older rifle that doesn't have much aftermarket options. Special shoutout to Josh I enjoyed his service very much!

โ โ โ โ โ This was my go to place buying parts and airsoft guns. I brought lots of friends here to shop too. I bought a lot of stuff from this store until I ordered online and my stuff was not delivered coz my address was incomplete "missing apartment #. Canada post had to send it back to them. I called airsoft depot and the guy made me felt like it was my fault that I was dumb that I didnt enter my address correctly. It was a terrible experience and frustrating and mixed emotions. He also repeatedly said I have to be careful when I enter my info when ordering online. Well, I did. And told him I dont wanna argue with it coz I was so sure I enter full address but again he just insisted that it was totally my fault instead of fixing the issue right away. My stuff will come late for what I need it for but it is what it is. I was told they will ship it again to me with no cost? Ofcourse I dont have to get charge again. Like really? Airsoft depot would be my last choice whenever I want to purchase airsoft guns or parts. Also try to avoid online shopping here if u can as I know someone had the same experience with "address issue"
The guys at airsoft depot are nice and very helpful. I never had any problem before when I was shopping at the store. Its just a shame I had this experience after a small issue. I wished he handled the situation without kinda making me felt that way

โ โ โ โ โ Phenomenal customer service - everytime I go in there and they can provide me with extra help, or knowledge they do ! George has been my go to for help because he's always gone the extra mile. Great store, so much product, very friendly and highly knowledgable staff.
They are my go to Airsoft store in the GTA, and I recommend everyone use their service !

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing store. Easy to find and a very spacious store. A wide variety of items from helmets to vests; mock silencers to rifles. They are all high quality and well-priced considering their amazing build. I got my EMG TTI Combat Master this afternoon with a free barrel change and a very beginner-friendly tutorial on the basis of the gun and its respective repair procedures. 10/10. Would definitely recommend.
Side tip: never go to hero outdoors, theyโre scammers. Come here instead.
