He explains the intricacies of the asanas very clearly and easily by keeping the experience attained to him. I see the teacher as gift from god. I feel so blessed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the chance to joined yogasalai virtual classes during the pandemic period. I have been practicing yoga for 25 years but this is the first time I felt what really yoga means. The master Mayavan is a gifted yoga teacher. We have done 108 sunsalutations and I am currently 60. There are no words to describe his classes but you can experience the changes within. God bless him.

Teachers are very friendly, knowledgeable and know how to motivate their students to break out their comfort zone to working towards the challenging level. Like the way how they are teaching students by focusing on individual abilities and expectations.
Provide clear instruction with detailed explanations to allow the students to cultivate the awareness of their mind and body. I like the way how each sequences were introduced by make us understanding the benefits.

Especially Mayavan is a great teacher for beginners to clearly understand all the poses. I would strongly recommend this place to all people who want to learn yoga.

They are more active and streamlined with their regular chores of activities. Yogasalai people are more committed and professional , moreover conducted seamless classes even during pandemic condition through online. I honestly appreciate Yogasalai team for their commendable service to our community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a new yoga student, all the Yogasalai teachers are very approachable, professional and provide tailored classes to ease new students into the regular classes, with good alternatives for practice. I recently attended a 5-session series that talked about the importance and benefits of yoga, and I learned a lot about not just the postures, but about healthy living, breathing exercises, and relaxation. There is more to yoga than meets the eye, and Yogasalai provided a great introduction to all it can offer and keeps me interested in learning more.

Yogasalai has offered and continuing to offer so many virtual classes during this pandemic to ensure yoga is being practiced by their students and to further develop them. They offer yoga classes for all ages and I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who want to learn and practice yoga.
I also want to thank them for organizing webinars and fundraising events to spread the importance of yoga and how one can easily make yoga part of their daily schedule.
