Honestly really annoyed at CDN Gunworx. They have had a shotgun of mine for over a year, I hired them to sell it (I have two other friends that were trying to sell there firearm, Both can't contact CDN either). I try and contact them every month. In October it was the first time I actually connected to a person, He told me he'd look it up and hung up the phone. Ever since then, the phone number has been disconnected. If you closed down due to the pandemic, I am sorry and you will be missed because when you were open, you were a great business and I loved to see the dogs in the shop. BUT you have no right to take MY property and potentially keep the profits!

If i could give a no star review I would. These guys have done nothing but delay. I placed an order from them in September of 2018. So far I got one part. Every time Ive talked to them about the remaining parts I get told in the next two weeks. Last time I heard from them was shortly after they reopened from closing due to covid-19. Now they don't answer the phone, The voice-mail is always full so you cant leave a message, and they dont return emails. At this point I just want a refund. Don't deal with these people if you have an option.

I have tried calling, emailing, and messaging the last 5 months to get my orders sorted out with them but just get ignored. Even if they do reply (which is very rare), I got the runaround treatment saying that they'll call me back but never do. Apparently this is the only way to get a quicker and more direct response. It's a shame that things have gone downhill. I have spent thousands of dollars there before and had my issues rectified moderately quickly. But based off how I have been treated this year (and reading some reviews from other customers), I would recommend spending your money elsewhere. I was also planning to buy a new pistol from Gunworx and get some work done on it, but their lack of response drove me to get it done somewhere else. Putting things into perspective, I bought a new pistol from another company. I decided to get a lot of work done on it such as milling, stippling, and cerakote (complete builds has a 6-8 weeks lead time), experienced some delays that were out of their control, waited for the transfer to complete, and waited for the registration to show up in the mail. The time to go through ALL of this with the other company was shorter than waiting for CDN Gunworx to return my call. CDN Gunworx lost their chance to get my business with the new pistol and have now lost getting any new business from me. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the trouble in dealing with CDN Gunworx. If my issues get resolved, this will get updated. Update (October 28, 2019) - After 3 months since my original review, here's the update. Nothing has changed. I was told by Andrew that I would get a refund on August 29, 2019. It is now 2 months after and I still have not received my refund. Andrew has said several times over the phone that he will send me my refund through EMT but I have not received anything yet. I have left a bunch of messages with Harrison but Andrew has yet to call me back regarding this issue.

Earlier this month I made an order through the CDN Gunworx website for a 1000$+ item. I wish I hadn't. Despite the product being listed as "in stock" and despite my payment being accepted the order remains "awaiting payment" on their website. Phone calls get the runaround treatment, emails and messages are ignored. I can only assume at this point that my money is lost, as no product has been shipped to date. In store might be fine to shop, but do not ever order online through these people!!! I have never experienced such unethical management of a retail business in Canada. Stay far, far away!!! *note* If the situation improves, I will update. *update* While they did contact me after this was posted and have acknowledged my payment, no product has shipped and no refund has been given.

7 months in on a 1200$ order and i cant gget a ETA on a delivery date, wont aanswer emails wont pick up the phone and every time i do manage to contact him i get a different reason and the kit still never gets sent, " you should get it soon" heard that 15 months ago.... First time was a charging handle problem then hand guard now i cant even contact them Matt Edit: follow up email never sent, definetly never received and calls not returned, you have all my info and you have definetly not tried to contact me.... At this point, im probably going to be looking for a refund Edit june 18 2019 : now 10 months in, a part in the kit is no longer available and will be replaced by an equivalent piece... but still no clue as to When 12 months in now still no news on getting my parts, i i called and was given a run around once again 13 months now still nothing 14months no real news still missing parts they say 15months my place in line is coming up soon supposebly Almost 19 months in... Managed to get some of the parts only because i passed by the store on my way through ontario, still missing half the parts... All easily readily available part are missing ( buffer assembly, stock, gas block, etc) 22 months in, still havent completed my order 3 years in, still missing a stock and a few other parts **Will update as things do/dont change

Awesome prices, flawless service! Delivered my FD12 perfectly on time, showed me some features of it when I picked it up, gave me a really great deal on a ton of slug ammo to break it in. Only needed about 50 rounds then it ran flawless on everything I tried! Love it tons. Thanks again Harrison and Andrew and the old guy in the back.

Edit: To those who've had money (and property) stolen from them, lets start a Facebook group and get a legal involved, The owner also owns CDN Protection which is still very active. Please report them to the Better Business Bureao (BBB). I have no waited 20 months patiently for a refund but all I'm getting is no reply or the runaround. The product I wanted refund is now prohibited as well and still no refund.
