Despite some people complaining (on reddit, instagram and the like...) that he requested their PAL and DOB info from them (newsflash: even if it's not a "legal" requirement for some items, there's nothing saying that it can't be their company policy), I found that he delivered courteous, speedy service and my goods arrived packaged perfectly and on time, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. I will DEFINITELY be doing business with him again in the future and will be recommending Durham Outdoors to all of my friends. Thanks, Mike!!!

Delivery by Canpar was also very quick. I am a resident of the province of Quebec. I would not hesitate to do business with them again!
T	Teflon Billy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel wasn't give to Canada Post for week after my credit card was charged, and only happened then because I emailed and asked what was up. 5 weeks later, the parcel still hasn't arrived (I'm within Canada, this kind of delivery usually takes 3-5 days) and was told by Canada Post to contact the shipper and tell them to start a claim. Durham Outdoors told me I hadn't purchased "extra coverage (?)" and would only get 100 dollars back from my $330.00 purchase. They also wouldn't start the claim for the $100, telling me I should "Wait, because it's it's probably going be delivered", despite being a month late. They gave zero impression of filing a claim with Canada Post. This is a shifty outfit and I should have probably should have just bought from Cabelas (for the same price too!), but I was drawn by the--wait for it--free shipping! :D Anyways, I think I've puzzled out their business model: Collect 330 dollars, provide nothing, refund 100 dollars (if that). Watch yourselves.

When first contacting, the owner seemed nice and helpful, but I soon realized that wasn't the case. After submitting an online trade in offer, I heard nothing back, so I emailed them instead. They responded asking what I wanted, but then I never heard back. I then decided to call the store, and after a friendly conversation with the worker, I was told that they would get back to me by the end of the day. After 2 days of hearing nothing, I called back and spoke to the same person who told me that they would absolutely take a trade in, and will call me back with an offer in the next hour. Still nothing, even a day after. At this point they started ignoring my phone calls all together. Very unprofessional store that is poorly run. If you wanted to be treated with a shred of respect, look elsewhere.

Staff member (Mike) went out of his way in a crunch to handle some billing issues for me and even called me personally to tell me about transfer information. All within the craziness of handgun transfers and C-21. I won't forget this gesture. You have a new client. THANKS GANG! Highly Recommended online retailer.
