Anyone in this province looking to get some medical help knows family doctors and walk-in clinic doctors are only seeing patients to collect a cheque from the government, and not to actually put any of their med-school knowledge to use. But this clinic really takes it to the next level. The only time you might mistake them for caring about you, as when you wait for them to answer the phone (which they never do!), and being forced to listen to the automatic recording of someone telling you how 'important your call is to them'. I waited 6 weeks from when I submitted my new patient form, untill I was scheduled a 'meet-and-greet'. I showed up on time and waited for 25 minutes until the so-called doctor decided to show up. I told him I was suffering from a few chronic issues that have been untreated for the past two years, since I couldn't find a family doctor. 5 minutes later, while I was still talking and describing my situation, he got up with his laptop in his hands and said he had to go. He told me "we are very busy here and I can't listen to all your problems, we can keep talking next time you come in". Just when I thought the healthcare situation in BC couldn't be more ridiculous, I learned it can always get worse. A word of advice- stay away from this clinic. Having no doctor at all is better than having someone profiting from you not receiving any treatment

The receptionist asks every patient visiting β€œreasons for visit” in front of all other patients to hear. Super unprofessional. Had an appointment for 3:30, was seen after 4pm. The doctor ( Rambod Taghaodi )did not want to see me as I β€œsneezed once” and told him from my files you can see I tested negative for covid two days ago. He didn’t care to what I had to say about having sinus surgery and I was worried I had an infection. Told him my ear hurt and wouldn’t look in it. I asked for a doctors note for work and said it would be $26. And asked what and why I needed it for… Felt like my appointment was rushed and no Sincere doctors work here. This was my third time trying it out.

This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. They were late for my phone appointment; I had to call reception to find at what is happening. Then I was told the doctor would call me soon. Okay, sure. When the doctor called (DR. ROMBOD TAGHAODI), he kept interrupting me, didn't let me completely talk about my symptoms before prescribing me drops (didn't even say why or what the drops were for), and then cut the call off by interrupting me. Absolute terrible service. I wouldn't even mind the wait if they actually offered good healthcare. More harm than good done at this appointment.

The only good thing that happened was they saw me quickly. The doctor came in, barely took a health history, barely examined me, and sent me on my way. He didn’t want to hear much at all about my symptoms. The examination did not include informed consent and left me feeling pretty uncomfortable. I was given a requisition and they told me they would fax it to the imaging centre, which they did not actually do. They also told me they would be sending my sample for more testing, which again, they didn’t do. Really unprofessional and honestly dangerous practice.

I have been to the clinic couple of times- both online and in person. It's a very busy clinic with several doctors ; some delays in the time of visit, doesn't seem to be out of ordinary for such busy clinic. Noting on previous reviews about wait time, the other reason, I think, is that doctors take their time to listen and show care for the patient. Dr. Taghaodi was not in a rush to quickly wrap up the visit of my daughter's skin issue or my online appointment . He listened with care and communicated, unlike many walk ins ( or even family doctors! these days. Dr's diagnosis was accurate; we were very happy with the result, and never needed to go back for a second visit or to a different doctor. .

Sets a new standard for poor service. At this point I feel a bit like Ron Burgundy watching his terrier devour a whole wheel of cheese - I'm not even mad, I'm just impressed. It takes real effort to be this incompetent and for that the clinic should be commended. I went to this clinic to get a doctor's note for travel to the US. Upon arrival they told me that they didn't see patients in-person for this purpose - they then called me to advise that this was actually incorrect and they could have seen me in person. They then booked a phone appointment with me the following day which they promptly missed. When I called they rescheduled me for later in the day. Upon FINALLY connecting with them they informed me that they cannot provide doctors notes for COVID recovery until 2 weeks post test, despite this being in contravention of the public health guidelines from the CDC. They jovially advised that this was a personal policy. Now, despite the fact that I had told them about my test date repeatedly during the 4 separate occasions we spoke they decided to only tell me of this asynchronous personal policy when they finally upheld their booked appointment. This meant that I was unable to book another doctor's appointment and will likely miss my flight and my first week of University classes. I don't think I could be this poor at service if I tried, so kudos to them for that.

This is the worst clinic solely because of the administrative staff. Three times now I’ve booked an over the phone appointment, and no one has called me back, and it’s because the staff has booked it as an in-person appointment. It’s really not that hard, I know we’re supposed to be patient because of COVID times or whatever, but the scope of your job is to 1) pick up the phone and 2) confirm appointments, and they’re awful at both those things. Not to mention that they put you on hold when you call for over 15 minutes WITHOUT even picking up the phone; you call them, and they INSTANTLY put you on hold. I’ve been in this clinic several times in person; the front desk staff is really not that busy. There’s good doctors here but the front desk staff is truly abysmal.

I have always been pleased with the time and service the doctors at this clinic have provided me. Yes they do have some wait times and granted they do move around a lot. They do their best to accommodate short notice appointments and they do keep to their schedule when a telephone booking is requested. Shout out to the receptionist for her phone etiquette and the way she handles so many some times impatient patient inquires.
