★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air Miles, thats all this oil company is good for. Other than that, they fund apartheid, which was evident in South Africa, and now in Palestine. Notice how the staff are always too abhorrated to be of any intellectual help, let alone, speak English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very unpleasant customer service when I tried to pump gas at this pump. I tried to pay with a Shell gift card but the agent there ask me several times how much I wanted to be charged. I had no clue since it was a rental car. They were not able to find a resolution to the problem and I did end up paying with a credit card to avoid any more problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's great since it's on marine drive a very popular road so I can just get my gas and continue my way. Also there is diesel gas which is useful since my car only takes diesel fuel. Don't forget how the gas station is very modern as well which is a nice touch to the station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad location. The driveway off of 13th is really bad for low sports cars. Enter on an angle. Funny they would allow this in West Vancouver, North America's official home of high end cars. The process for the Safeway receipt discount is clunky (but that's a general Shell issue) Staff here is friendly enough. Store and lot are always very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the best gas stations in Vancouver. It is right beside the Ambleside beach. There are lots of parking space. The store has coffee, sandwiches, chocolates, cold drinks, chips and many more things.
The staffs are really friendly and they offer full serve too. It is open from 6am till 12am everyday except on weekends. Weekends rhey are open from 7am-11pm. The whole station is very clean. I am giving 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible staff! The employee named Amin is so rude! He is a middle easterner. He pulled my gas gun while I’m fuelling and threatened me to leave. This is a racist gas station. If you are Asian, don’t gas up here unless you want to get yelled at!
Ps: I’ve been a customer here since day 1 they opened. This is the first time after so many years. What happened was an extremely unpleasant experience. I hope this won’t last long and things will be back to normal soon.
