Needed some add'l medical investigating and they found a way to fit me in. Thanks to Dr. Ciolacu, Dr. Tashakkor and the reception staff. Job well done!
A	Amelia R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited over a month to have a phone appointment. I received no confirmation of my appointment so I called the day before to confirm my appointment. The person who returned my call was rude and dismissive. No one called me when I was supposed to have my scheduled appointment. After waiting over 30 minutes I called the clinic and got no response. I organized my day around this appointment and waited by my phone for an hour only to receive no contact whatsoever from the clinic. Even though I took it upon myself to confirm my appointment, it never happened. Healthcare accessibility is already an issue and this clinic makes it worse.

The office manager Ms. Bally Singh is so warm hearted and efficient to help my husband to get the result of X-ray report during the weekend, we appreciate so much about her professional and kindness, and strongly recommend this clinic.

K	Kmack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Parhar is great but booking phone appointments is horrible. I work nights and they only ever seem to have calls available for 8am ... 2 weeks away. Been waiting 2 weeks just to get a prescription filled then they call at a later time then what was said so I was already back to sleep as I just woke up to do this call. Now I've been without medication for 2 weeks and my health is starting to show it. Time to find a new doctor
J	Jas L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Amrit Parhar is exceptional! Finally a doctor that actually listens to my concerns and does something about it! ? Reception has a bad rep based on the reviews but I’ve witnessed them being treated horribly in the past by patients that are downright rude to them so my guess is they get burnt out (they’re human people, come on). I’ve had no problems as long as you’re nice to them and don’t take anything too personal if they seem a bit rushed.
M	Mohammad Ejraee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to bring this matter to Carefiniti Clinic management attention: At approximately 11:14 AM on Monday, April 4th, 2022 I called the Carefiniti clinic to see if I could speak with one of their doctors over the phone, but I was told by the receptionist that tomorrow day would be the earliest that I could speak with a GP. I politely THANK the front desk lady and tell her that tomorrow would be way too late for me to see a doctor given my deteriorating health conditions. Upon hearing that, she just HUNG UP the phone on me! I have no idea what her name was, but she was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I am assuming that either she hates her job or has not been trained properly to work in a client oriented kind of a job like this.
C	Cameron Thorpe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially was optimistic and happy to finally receive a family doctor at this clinic although service quickly deteriorated. It is very difficult to get an appointment with him and I have been very unimpressed with care and treatment options suggested by this new doctor. Recently I have reverted back to walk-in clinics where chances are higher that I will receive adequate care and appropriate treatment options in a timely manner.
