Dr. Tabassi is the best family doctor we've ever had. Always cares and does his due diligence checking any concerns. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. We are lucky we became his patients years ago when he just started accepting. Also, would like to point our reception, which often is a problem at most clinics. Their team is great and accommodating. Normally you have to wait for 3-5 minutes on the line, but they will help you if you have a real need to for in person meeting asap. They do not overbook and we never had to wait more then 10-15 mins after check-in, which was a nightmare at some other past places with 45 mins wait time expected.

Patient of BeWell specifically Dr.Amini. Let me start by saying he is a great doctor. This not the issue. The length of time to see him is my concern and the cause of my negative review. Today is September 9th and the proposed next available time to see him is September 27th. Is this realistic… I take exception to this…very upsetting. Further, patient appointments feel like clock watching as turnaround is 10 or 15 minutes to get the next patient in. Billability appears to be the focus. Yes, they are professional and informed but drop the ball in areas. Is this an industry wide issue and my concerns are not warranted? Feeling discouraged… do I simply keep trying walk-in clinics or urgent care to get a more responsive response to my medical inquiries.

If I could give Dr. Tabassi 0 stars I would. I’ve been a patient with Dr.Tabassi for over 4 years now. I went to him out of hopes that we could come up with a plan for my fibromyalgia, anxiety and depression. After missing two video appointments this year, I was notified that I owed $280.00 and was blocked from making any future appointments. There was no written warning or notice that was ever sent out to me that a missed video call would result in a no show fee, nor was I made aware of how much each charge would be. After being informed that I had to pay the fee before I could get a refill on my anxiety medication, I emailed the office directly asking for: β€œ- proof of acknowledgement that I will have to pay a no show fee for a VIDEO APPOINTMENT. - proof of where it states how much it is per missed appointment. - proof of this clinic notifying me that I will be charged for a no show for a VIDEO APPOINTMENT - on your website under telehealth it only mentions this: there is no mention of missed telehealth appointments and being charged for a No show fee. I have reviewed all the emails sent by bewellmedical since telehealth was introduced and there is no mention of a no show charge.” It isn’t even mentioned on their website! TODAY - I got a phone call from BeWellMedical and when I asked her why she didn’t respond to my email, she had told me that Dr.Tabassi told her it was unnecessary to send me an email and that it’s okay to call me. I replied with, β€œno, I need written confirmation of this conversation. This is what started this problem in the first place.” She replied saying that it’s unnecessary and that Dr.Tabassi told her that I need to find a new family dr. I had asked her to reply to my email so that I have written proof of our conversation and she said she would. So we will see. I deal with SEVERE anxiety, depression, ptsd and adult ADHD - on top of this, I suffer from fibromyalgia, a chronic nerve pain disorder. All I wanted was to refill my anxiety medication and on the days of the appointments I missed, I had anxiety through the roof where it resulted in panic attacks. The onus is on me for missing my appointments, however the manner of which all of this was handled was very suspicious and also disheartening. I almost went to the saint Paul’s hospital to beg someone to help me with my anxiety and depression... thank god for the supports in my life, otherwise this entire situation could have blown up into a bigger situation for myself. All I wanted was to refill my anxiety meds! Also if you’re a woman, don’t bother seeing this man. The amount of awkwardness and uncomfortability is not worth it. I will be taking further actions with the medical board to make sure that this matter becomes aware to his superiors. You should be disgusted in your behaviour dr. Tabassi. Being a dr. Means to help people in their time of need, have proper communication and human decency.

Dr. Amini takes the time to clearly explain what is going on with your health and a plan to make you better. He has a positive friendly manner and I am appreciative of what he has done for my husband and I. His new office is bright and staff are excellent. So glad I have finally found a doctor I trust. This place is GENUINELY the best medical clinic I have ever been to! I cannot speak more highly of Dr.Amini and his staff, they are incredible

Becoming a patient at this clinic has been the silver lining to when my prior family GP retired! I appreciate Dr. Tabassi's excellent medical judgment and have been really happy with all aspects of my healthcare. The clinic is also very organized and efficient and with the option to telehealth and video conference, I couldn't be happier. Thank you BeWell Medical Clinic - I'm so thankful to have found you!

I went into the clinic to book an in-person doctor's appointment so that I could schedule an MRI for my dislocated knee. I was told I didn't need an in-person appointment. Despite knowing different I agreed. I waited 10 days for a phone call from a doctor. Only to have him tell me that I needed an in-person appointment to assess my knee. It's now been over a month since the accident and 4 sessions of physio and I still haven't been able to book an MRI. The MRI facility is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The doctors want to double charge the Healthcare system and waste injured peoples precious time.

Wonderful doctors, they are so knowledgeable and kind. But what really impressed me was their staff. The front desk staff. I have never encountered such amazing girls. I took my mother a couple of times and I've only ever really talked to the two lovely ladies who are always at the front- Christine and Lia. They are so sweet, very outgoing, helpful, and very friendly and personable, they talk to you like you've been friends for so long. Every time I sit in the waiting room to wait they are always so welcoming to every patient that comes in, even getting a smile or a laugh out of them. Your patients always tell each other how sweet you ladies are to them, you would not believe how many times i've heard them say so. Thank you ladies for always being so kind and friendly. You all work so hard and you are so appreciated. These girls are the type of girls that every office needs. They are amazing!
