★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to think that Canada maintained a 1-tier medical system where it offers universal access.. This clinic seems to have found a way around that system by rejecting you unless you pay for the annual package they have. I am all for having a 2-tier system, but since we do not have one, I find it really awkward that such an operation is even allowed to operate in Canada! I clearly asked if I can see a family doctor and was told that I cannot do that unless I have the annual package with them!!
