R	Rad Rado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a patient of Dr Davis for years and could say nothing but great things about her but after multiple unfortunate incidents with the front office team, I've decided to change dermatologist. Few months ago, they try charging me for missing an appointment that I never had booked then today I call back to "confirm" my appointment for tomorrow that I've waited 6 weeks for to only be told that they canceled my appointment since I didn't confirm earlier and next availability was not till February (2 months away) since they've unfortunately given that time slot away few hours ago. I suggested why not accommodate me who's waited 6 weeks for this appointment and reschedule the individual that you booked few hours ago and her reply was they can't do that. Weird how that works and horrible customer service. I tried calling Friday after work but they close their phone lines at 3pm but I don't even get off work till 3pm. I highly doubt I'm the first to complain about them and their service and I doubt I'll be their last unless things change.
A	Adam Bechny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was refered to Derm Lab by my family doctor. I was "seen" by Dr. Zandi. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst medical appointments in my life. It lasted about 2min in total, the doctor just looked at my from afar, asked if all is good and left. Basically standing in the door the whole time wanting to get this over. I would not even call this an appointment. I have never seen a doctor more bored, more uninterested and more unprofessional. I'm never coming back and I'm going to search where can I file a report, because her behavior is dangerous. Just one mole can make a difference between life and death and I expect a dermatologist a look at each separately and not just look from the door and say all is OK. The front staff was friendly and the office is nice and clean

She explained what each item was, its medical name, and what procedures would be used to treat them. She then skillfully treated the areas. All healed wonderfully. Dr. Kuritzky has earned my confidence with her bedside manner and excellent work. Based on my experience, I give her a top notch rating. Great clinic facility as well.

Dr. Davis has a wonderful bedside manner and she made me feel at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Davis has a none rush attitude, Dr. Davis took the time to explain the procedures as they happened(I had 3 separate procedures done) all which ended up without any complications. Dr. Davis has a professional but caring touch. I was so impressed with the results as I was anxious and concerned how my physical look after the procedures would appear and boy was I happy I was under her care. Thanks Dr. Davis for the great work you and your team provide. By the way this is my first time doing anything like this but I just needed to share my experience.
