★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called the receptionist for one of the partners who then yelled and repeatedly told me to listen and called me rude. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a receptionist ever. Unbelievable and thinks the world of herself and has no empathy towards patients. Should be let go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very frustrated from receptionist. She was shouting at me over phone that I don’t listen . I could not even understand her and she hang up the phone . I work with organization and I was calling on behalf of my client . Please , if you can not handle clients , leave your job to someone who can work with people . This was not professional at all and very rude .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a new patient looking for a general physician, I had below average experience with West Steveston Clinic.
Initial booking was straightforward. But after that, I received poor service both by phone and online. If you call them, an automated voice would say phones are not answered between noon-1.30pm daily. But my phone was not answered even after 1.30pm.
The first appointment was a phone consultation. Doctor called an hour and half late. After the first phone consultation, the doctor told me that an in-person visit is needed. Doctor seemed to be in a hurry and said the booking would be done right after the call. But there was no email confirmation or message regarding the time/place for the in-person visit.
The online booking system did not let me see my appointment details. I got an error message The webpage is also quite confusing to navigate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with this clinic since they were at Ironwood, and I know they were sometimes reviewed poorly because of busy reception staff. Today the receptionist went above and beyond for me, getting ahold of the doctor, sending a new requisition, and calling me to confirm receipt even a few minutes after closing. I'm very impressed and grateful for her efforts, especially during a busy time in the pandemic.
