Dr Maruscak was thorough and helpful in guiding me on the best course of action with my eyes, and everyone in the office was friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. I will definitely be returning as a patient here, as I would be hard-pressed to find a higher quality of service and care as one is sure to be given at West London Optometry.
J	Jenn M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service! Arrived for my scheduled appointment to try on a pair of frames they had ordered for me. Was told no one was available to help me. Asked if I could just try on the frames by myself. I liked them, and wanted to buy them. But again was told that no one was available to help me purchase them. Even waited another 10 minutes, but was then told I should make another appointment to come back & buy the frames! Got a dirty look from the receptionist when I asked if someone would actually be available to help me at that appointment! Didn’t make another appointment - taking my business elsewhere!

They have all been very thorough and knowledgeable, and most importantly excellent with my kids. We love that it's a one stop shop and they always have a great frame selection. We've only had good experiences here and would recommend to anyone!

Replaced a small part on my glasses free of charge and gave me my rx and PD with no fuss as I have had difficulty in other offices prior. Definitely will be returning back to this place for my next check up and possible CL fit :)
