I had a great experience here and appreciated the very professional staff. Everyone was friendly and treated me like family. From getting an accurate eye prescription from Dr. Manning to getting a great set of glasses in the frame department it was a great overall experience. Well done and thank you!

New to the area and it was time to get our eyes checked. All the staff was great start to finish. Dr. Chang explained everything to us and she was very easy to talk to. Also she did not push my husband in to new glasses. Explained the minor benefit of new glasses. She also did not push me to purchase my new glasses from them. But they had a great selection of frames so I bought from them. They were very helpful finding me new frames. Highly recommend them.

Two years ago I booked an appointment for Tuesday July 27th @9 a.m. (I only ever book for Tuesday's as that's the only day I have off) ... Added it to my Google calendar right away. Two weeks ago they left a message to confirm that appointment. I called back a few days later to confirm that appointment. Today I show up for that appointment and get told it's Thursday the 29th. Told them the whole story and all I get told is the Doctor already has someone scheduled so I have to come back on Thursday! Thanks for wasting my time. After this appointment (which was not my booked appointment) I'll be looking for a new optometrist!

New to Tillsonburg. Loved our appointment with Dr Fan. We are super sad to hear she is leaving but happy for her new adventure. Overall our service was wonderful.

My family has been patients here for many years. The doctors and staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful. When my son and daughter both had issues with their eyes the staff communicated the issues and the actions required to our family in a way that were easy to understand. They were diligent in the follow up appointments. All of these steps lead to a successful recovery from both of them.

Today Jan 4th 2022 I brought my mom ( senior) for eye lenses renewal. She doesn't know exactly what an optometric exam (vision exam) involves. When I made the appointment over the phone, their secretary told me that eye exam is covered for seniors and she will have to pay olny for lences since she already had the eyeglasses frames. She got to her appointment and once again, a paid exam was no mentioned.. Afte they did few exams she was asked to pay 60$ for an extra eye exam which had nothing to do with vision measurement for glasses prescription. She did not understood why she had to pay and she called me to come inside. When I asked the secretary, she told me that they have no previous info about her and they had to do everything as a standard procedure. The extra exams was for glaucoma and retina disease which was recomended by their optometrist who is not an eye doctor with no medical school. The optometrist training is based on math and science. There is a doctor in optometry who has 4 more years in doctorate training which was not the case in this store. They pushed my mom for this exams to get money out of her pocket with no consent. A consent even if it is verbal the patient must be fully informed and understands the procedure. My mom had no idea what they did. Of course I argued with them why they did an unnececery exam before informing us about the extra cost and procedures. They tried to scam us, but when they realized that I know what I am talking about the optometrist agreed to not charge for these exams.Before getting to this point their "politely and respectfull" secretary invited me to get out from their store while my mom was in their hands,... she also threatened me if I dont pay the 60 $ they will send the bill to collection agency, she made me aware that I will not be allowed in their store in the future....and so on. The optometrist tried to calm down the situation and told me that there is no problem if I don't pay...Why??? Because he was so kind to work extra for free??? No way..The optometrist also scared my mom that she has very bad cataract and she needs urgent surgery. Guess what??? He was very keen to refer her to a "very good ophthalmologist" who is part of this disgusting scam.I took the glasees prescription and I went to another optometrist on 32 Harvey St and they charge only 179$ for eyeglass compared with this store who asked for 300$.I will look for a complaint to the appropriate authorities.When you go to them make sure thay dont scam you with costly extra exams and cataract referal to their "very good eye doctor".This is not for your benefit, it is an illegal way to increase the store budget.If they wouldn't have an interest and are honest, they would send the results for any eye disease to the patient family doctor who can talk and explain in details to the patient and decide if a referral to any specialist is needed. I don't think that a family doctor would send the patient to an optometrist for eye doctor referral...Be careful where you go and protect your pockets from hidden scams. Good luck with them.

I've always had wonderful experiences at Optometrist on Broadway. The staff was always been extremely helpful. I highly recommend them.

As far back as 2011 I knew I had cataracts developing and was continually sloughed off being recommended for surgery by the optometrist at this place, being told that the lenses would get better and I should wait as long as possible. I finally got fed up and went to Paris Family Eye Care in March of 2021 and was recommended for surgery which I received at the end of 2021. This place wasted a couple years of my life as I was unable to drive at night or even around Twilight.
