They also told me my prescription didn't change, then when I called a week later they told me it had changed dramatically and they told me about astigmatism I had for years YET they failed to ever tell me about it over 6 years

I picked out a frame that was good looking, good quality, and a reasonable price. recommend you give these people a try, definitely worth it.

It sure was comforting to know that during these difficult times I could go and have my eyes checked in this amazingly safe environment.

I get the covid thing but I've never had a good experience! The doctor though is very nice and helpful but the receptionist is not. I'd rather not go back and go to another town, which is sad.

The right arm snapped off so a replacement arm was being screwed on to the glasses for me. When I picked the glasses up, the right arm was screwed on, but now the left arm was snapped off! I was very upset when I saw that, so I asked reception what was the deal. The nice lady told me that Dr.Leroy fixed them so she didn't know why it was like that. He came over to look and said, and I am paraphrasing because I don't remember his exact words, "yeah it's been snapped." I simply stated that it wasn't like that before, and he turns his back, laughs, walks away to his office. I don't know what to say man, now I'm being told how to tape my glasses because if I do anything else I will void my warranty. I understand everyone is under stress because of Covid, but why take it out on me, what did I do.

I'm impressed with all the up to date instruments he had & his information about each of them he used to help with my eyesite. I am from the lower mainland & have not experienced the thoroughness of his examination before I came to live here. I highly recommend this optometrist.
K	Kei Enjoji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved to Grand Forks just last year (2021) and, as everyone knows, moving is hectic let alone when you have to find a new doctor, optometrist, dentist and even a hair dresser. You never know what to expect. But, honestly, Alan LeRoy was very friendly as was his receptionist. He was talkative and funny, but also honest and knowledgeable. And, I give his receptionist credit. I know from personal experience it's difficult to run a business alone. She too, was knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. Now we have an optometrist!
