I ended up walking out and I will never return
I would not recommend going there strictly based on that one woman
She treated me like I was beneath her and was completely unreasonable pretentious and down right rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was satisfied with their service until they misinformed me of the costs of mailing me my contact lenses. I was informed by the receptionist that the mailing fee from terrace to Hazelton was $15. However, when I arrived at greyhound to pick up my order, I was charged an additional $45 by greyhound. The manager at Fusion refused to reimburse me the $45 charged to me at greyhound, and insisted that it was my fault for not understanding that I would be charged extra for this. In the end, she reimbursed me the $15 only. I was very disappointed in this business on both a personal and professional level. Not only did they misinform me, but they did not admit to their mistake, which resulted in me being negatively impacted financially.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incredible... picked up my new glasses, seen a sign about colour blind glasses and kinda made a comment about them not being real ... lol I picked up my new colour blind glasses today and it’s absolutely a mind blower ... 60 plus years old and never seen colour ... I’m so thankful to the Terrace Team that gave me a whole new world to look at ... seriously Thank you from the bottom of my heart !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uninspiring and over-priced service. Their competitor charges $100, Fusion charges $168, and my insurance cap was $110, which in the past, has always been enough. I am used to an optometrist performing the whole eye exam, but at Fusion, half of the exam was performed by an unprofessional assistant! Going to Fusion was a mistake that I will not repeat.
