★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to West End Mamas in York Region for prenatal chiropractor services and pelvic floor physio. Both services were a huge help and the staff are so kind, friendly and professional! They walk you through each session and suggest other services that may benefit you throughout your pregnancy. They literally have everything a mom-to-be could need! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the York region office to see Tristan for help with breast-feeding my newborn who came early. Tristan was thoughtful, kind and used a holistic approach, never once mom shaming or asking me to do more than I could. She was willing to meet me where I was at and helped answer all my breast-feeding related questions. From there I’ve also had very positive interactions with Heather the massage therapist for infant massage. Her approach was extremely gentle and my baby absolutely loved it. I never once felt concerned that she would manipulate my babies neck or spine or do something that my baby was not comfortable with. Actually I felt so comfortable that I booked in with her for a post natal massage. I can’t wait!! I wish I had found this place when I was pregnant and dealing with so many health issues. Would’ve been a lifesaver but glad I have found them now :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first attended West End Mamas to work with the chiropractor and massage therapist to help with severe rib pain and dislocation that is associated with my scoliosis and growing belly. After a couple of sessions and no improvement, they suggested I meet with their Osteopath to assist in finding some relief. My initial 60 minute session with Aude was very thorough and comfortable. She was able to give me some hands-on adjustments during our sessions which provided immediate and ongoing relief for my rib pain. She scheduled a follow up appointment within two weeks to ensure the pain and discomfort has not returned.
I would highly recommend West End Mamas and a visit to the Osteopath if you are having abnormal and uncommon pains and symptoms during your pregnancy. Our bodies are incredibly complex and interconnected, and an Osteopath will view your body as a whole machine and determine how each part is connected and moving together.

at West End Mamas. I had a very comfortable and helpful appmt and also learned a lot from her. This was in the York Region location and was an appmt for pelvic floor physio. I highly recommend any woman to try it out and get assessed. It was soo worth it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend West End Mamas to everyone!! The staff and professionals have been so helpful in supporting me through my first pregnancy. Everything you ever need is in one place. You feel welcome from the moment you walk through the doors. I have been going weekly for prenatal massages, which really helped my hips and sleeping at night in these last few weeks of pregnancy as well as pelvic floor physio, which was incredibly educational. I want to get back into running soon after giving birth and Alison really helped me assess my pelvic strengths and weakness and advised simple tricks to get my pelvic ready for birth and recover! Feel good about yourself! You deserve it!

She really takes the time to listen to your concerns and asks so many questions to help you on your healing journey. Looking forward to adding other Doctors at West End Mamas to my list of medical caretakers. The Office manager, Caleigh is a lovely person to greet you as you come in. Would 110% recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ West End Mamas York location has been a highlight of my pregnancy journey so far... It's a warm and welcoming place with so many helpful services! I have been for osteopathy, pelvic floor physiotherapy, a massage and online Childbirth Education Classes, Breastfeeding Class, and Cloth Diapering 101. Everyone I've met through WEM has been so professional and supportive, leaving me feeling healthier, connected and empowered. I am especially grateful to have this resource during these times of increasing isolation resulting from Covid as it gives me a sense of community (and a very special one at that!). I will definitely be going back after our baby is born and recommend West End Mamas to all the expecting and new moms out there!
