S	Sue S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time going there today. Purchased the works. At first glance didn't look bad on the outside, but looking closer there was still salt and dirt on the exterior. The interior door frames were not wiped, there were puddles on the floor mats and certainly no fragrance as described for "the works". Ended up finishing the job at home. The service was meh.

J	Justin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pay for the service and the insult is free! My wife brought our vehicle in today to get detailed. They did a very poor job. They also scratched one of the mirrors. When my wife brought it up to them, they denied the damage and blamed everything under the sun for it. The least they could have done was offer a refund after not doing the job they were paid for and causing damage to the vehicle. Worst service. Thank you nothing and insulting my wife’s intelligence. Real great job your doing.

I noticed this as the mat was placed back upside down with the broken clip still in the mat. It's one thing if the clip was broken by accident and the cleaner mentions it to me, but the fact that it was pretty obviously broken and the mat not even placed back properly and then nothing was said when the keys were handed back to me is why I do not believe I will be coming back here again
S	Stephanie Axelrad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with how my back seat was “vacuumed” and when I called the owner Joe he told me to come back and they’d finish the job… unsure why it wouldn’t be done right the first time. The way he spoke to me also was condescending and defensive. I went back and they fixed it but still frustrated with how I was spoken to. I also paid extra for the trunk to be done and that barely looks touched too.

I used this business in Newmarket for the first time with hopes of a simple car wash and interior cleaning. When my car was given back to me they had broke my radio bezel off with what I can only imagine was an aggressive interior wipe down. I brought it to the attention of the owner who said I was lying. Didn’t want to address the issue at all. He was aggressive and extremely unprofessional. If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid this business at all costs. Apparently my car is a few years old and not worth his business.
