The variety and quality of the scents is unmatched, and I love the clean burn of the candles! Not only are these candles functional, but they are aesthetically beautiful and fit into any space! Shabi shows so much attention to detail and that is one of the things I love of about this local small shop. The online purchasing experience is always seamless and efficient, and I am definitely a life long customer!

Since her fall launch I have noticed that her candles stopped smelling like anything once burned. There is no longer much of any scent throw. So disappointing. She seems more concerned about sharing her political views on social media rather than putting the work back into creating a quality product, which she used to provide. Especially since she recently increased her prices again I can no longer afford to mentally support this maker more interested in becoming a social media star rather than being the great candle maker, she used to be.

From the decor to the company (Shabi makes you feel like you’re a close friend from the moment you step in the door!)… it’s quickly become one of my favourite spots. I also fully support Shabi’s approach to safe shopping during the pandemic… allowing those who don’t want to wear masks to shop online so those who prefer to keep their masks on, can feel comfortable in the store! I hope everyone respects and supports our small businesses through these unprecedented times!
