Super supportive through my wisdom teeth removal process. Thank you to Dr.Ali, nurses and the reciptionist.

I was referred to Dr. Ali Sadeghi by my dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction after I requested for a specialist. The procedure was deemed to be an easy one due to the way my wisdom tooth was positioned. During the procedure, he displaced my jaw disk, damaged my soft tissue and made me go through excruciating TMD pain by vigorously pulling on the tooth without properly supporting my jaw. Luckily I wasn’t sedated for the procedure and was able to stop him from causing further damage. Since then I have been unable to eat, talk, or smile without major discomfort and pain. I have also lost 16 pounds in 2 short months as a result. Every doctors I have seen since then agrees that Dr. Ali Sadeghi caused the damage to my jaw but he still refuses to take full responsibilities and leaving me with all the medical expenses. Do yourself a favor and choose another qualified surgeon.

I was referred to Dr. Sadeghi for a wisdom tooth extraction. I am from Europe and needed to have the procedure done before flying back. They managed to fit me in on time without a problem. I had quite a large cavity in the tooth reaching almost right to the root and I believe infection had already set in. Dr. Sadeghi removed the tooth without incident. Everything was explained well, they went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and inform me of what was going to happen. Everyone in the office was friendly and caring. They sent me home with a care package containing various items all labelled with instructions on how and when to use them. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sedeghi based on my experience

I had to have my wisdom teeth removed and fortunately i was sent to Dr Sadeghi @ west coast oral surgery. If this place was a restaurant I would leave a large tip. Preamble: Oral surgical procedures are expensive. I am an auxiliary employee with a city and a College student. This was an expensive process to go through both the consultation and the procedure. However, I will not remove marks from this office for being expensive, as this will be an expensive procedure regardless of the location I chose. Consultation: Dr Sadeghi rolled in with a confidence that I have rarely seen equaled. Keep in mind that I am a Kinesiology student that works with athletes. With just his walk into the consult room he had made me believe that he was the best man for this job. He displayed the x rays of my teeth on a 52 inch LCD screen, and walked me through exactly what what he was going to do to remove my teeth. He described the process and the time guidelines accurately. He answered every question i had without the slightest hesitation, almost as if he knew I would ask it. When I left his office I was high on the notion that such a “scary” procedure was going to be as easy as whistling for this man. Procedure: The procedure started on time in a surprisingly comfortable chair. The assistant that set up the various health monitoring systems was kind, lovely and Knowledgeable. Dr Sadeghi, placed the IV as easily as any Of the nurses I have seen in the past. Apart from a very brief fit of laughter I was under in minutes with no complications. And I awoke with no memory of the procedure at all. The drugs i had ben prescribed cut the pain perfectly and I was completely recovered 6 days later. Staff and assistants: All the staff that I met were lovely. They had all smile and quick wit joke to bring to their office. They were quite knowledgeable about the various procedures. They had no trouble billing my blue cross plan and recovering 60 % of the money for the procedure. I did call them once posy op about a question I had and they wasted no time informing me to the best of their abilities, but also phoning dr Sadeghi on his day off to obtain an answer. They we kind, responsive, knowledgeable and quick witted. I thought them to be an excellent staff team. Billing/ payment & facility: The facility is much like any dentist or medical office. Much care and attention is placed upon being clean and tidy. I couldn’t spot a spec of dust or dirt anywhere in the 4 times i was there. The design is well done with a simple set of finishings and a clam and not overly pompous medical feel. The tvs are all 52” LCD showing various art work and photography etc. The chairs are comfortable and the open feel of the desk is very calming and inviting. The bill was expensive, I wont say that its not. But The staff gave me a full print receipt that outlines Exactly where my money was going. A significant portion of it goes straight to the drugs that put you unconscious. Value wise I truly believe it was worth the money. Epilogue: The west coast oral surgery clinic. Was an amazing experience. These guys are true professionals. They delivered outstanding performance on every single level of my treatment. If I ever need oral surgery again I can tell you exactly where I will be going. Dr Sadeghi is a gem in PoCo. I would recommend a thousand times.

An excellent group of people. Dr. Torin Barr and Tracey made the entire procedure stress free (and pain free). After the surgery, they gave me detailed instructions for the recovery period and answered all my questions. I originally took the drive from Vancouver to Coquitlam as they were the only surgeons I could find that were able to fit me in for my wisdom teeth extraction before Christmas. In the future, I won't fret about the extra time driving when I know I can have the right people helping me.

Not that I have ever had a wisdom tooth extracted but I find it hard to believe you could have a better experience than this. Great staff, great service and great doctor. Dr. Barr did a phenomenal job. I had no swelling, no stress. They always answered my calls and helped with my questions. A great experience altogether.

I was advised by one of my family friend to get the wisdom teeth removal surgery with dr. Ali Sadeghi. When I met dr. Ali for the consultation, he was very professional and kind, he explained all the details about the surgery. Today I had all my wisdom teeth removed by dr.Sadeghi, it took about an hour and a half with sedation and recovery. It was pretty fast and easy. Also his staff were so friendly and polite that made me feel very comfortable before and after the surgery. Highly recommend dr. Sadeghi.

I don't like writing reviews usually. Because my English is bad. But i really wanna give 5 stars on this one. My wife took out 4 wisdom teeth today. And everyone there is so nice to us. And took care of my wife nicely. The doctor himself even called to follow up how the patient is doing. Good experience here today.
