T	Tina Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dentist referred me to Dr. Chen for my wisdom teeth extractions. The level of care at this clinic is excellent. Dr. Chen is very amiable, caring, knowledgeable, and transparent. Throughout the entire process, I felt comfortable and safe. I appreciate how he doesn’t rush and takes the time to thoroughly answer every one of my questions. I saw him for a second time after my initial consultation, as I was quite apprehensive about the procedure. At the second appointment, I asked him further questions and he provided me with a detailed overview of the entire process from sedation to recovery. He also called in the evening after my surgery to check on me, which I truly appreciate. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed under IV sedation. I was quite fearful of the procedure. However, contrary to what I’ve heard from friends, I’ve experienced minimal discomfort throughout the process so far. I’m currently day 3 post-op and I haven’t had to take any pain medications. Thanks Dr. Chen and team for the positive experience and taking good care of me! Also, thanks to Michelle for helping me resolve the slight issue with my insurance. ?

I first came in for a consult with him to get more information about the surgery and to set up a plan for having them removed. Dr Chen is absolutely amazing! He is so caring and knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain and go into detail about everything. Not once did I feel rushed by him, instead he literally made me feel like I was the only patient in the building. He even called me the same night after my procedure to check on me. I was sleeping but he left me a voice mail telling me to call his office anytime if I had any problems or questions. I was a little nervous of the procedure as I have never been put out before and I am currently breastfeeding so I have a lot of questions to ask him. He made me feel so comfortable and relax. He literally took every fear I had and made them disappear. I had my procedure 3 days ago and so far I have had no pain at all. Today my face is a little swollen but all in all I’m feeling great! I can’t say enough good things about him and his team. I wish more doctors out there were as amazing as he is. I highly recommend Dr Chen I guarantee you will have the best experience with him.

Dr Aidelbaum not only was compassionate, heard my concerns and supported us to be able to access the necessary services, but also made my child feel safe and cared for before, during and after treatment. My son said, “I was so nervous, and I am so glad that my first experience of surgery was with Dr Aidelbaum!”

He has been very patiently explaining to me my situation to me and finally I got my 2 wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Chen and his team has done a tremendous job with the procedure. They made me comfortable during the whole procedure and I haven't had a "major" dental job since 30 years ago. Kudos to Dr.Chen and his wonderful staff !! Is there a 6th star??

I booked in with Dr. Chen and got fit in for a consultation right away. Dr. Chen was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very caring. I had lots of questions and he didn’t make me feel rushed, and he answered all my questions very thoroughly. The office staff and Dr. Chen did their best to fit me in for surgery right away, as I was in so much pain. Every other office I had called said it would be at least a month wait. The day of the procedure everything went very smoothly, very timely. All the staff, nurses and Dr. Chen made me feel so comfortable. I was very nervous beforehand but I felt calm after talking to everybody. The day of, after the surgery, Dr. Chen called me to check in and make sure everything was good. I had no pain! Just a bit of discomfort. This was very important to me, as I was breastfeeding and did not want to take painkillers and I didn’t need them at all. My follow up checkups went great, and everything healed nicely. I couldn’t say enough positive things about Dr. Chen and his team! He is a very skilled surgeon!
