He took the time to answer all our questions and was very thorough when outlining each step. The home buying process with Adrian went extremely smoothly and quick. My partner and I viewed a home that ticked all of our boxes for what we were looking for. However, the property was listed at a price beyond what we were comfortable paying. We brought up potentially underbidding the property, although we were also worried about "wasting" his time if we were to do so. Adrian was supportive of our underbid and was willing to proceed for “experience” purposes. Lucky for us, this ultimately led to us winning the bid and buying our first home!
