He was a pleasure to work with and is very detailed and professional. What I really liked about working with him, is that he will always have your best interest in mind. He accommodated to our busy schedules and made himself highly available whenever we had questions. While viewing homes with him, he demonstrated that he has a lot of industry knowledge. When we asked him opinions on homes we saw, he would point out concerns that were in line with what we were thinking. This showed that he actually listened to what we were looking for. I have already recommended Khanh to others and will continue to do so.

He gave good recommendations with his experience when we were hunting for houses in the market. He was also very helpful when we were negotiating the price. He works hard for his clients’ benefits. After we possessed our house, there was a mess here but he was very supportive and helped us sort it through (cleaning the house). He also has many good connections when you need some improvement in your house. In sum, good experience.
