★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is great and friendly. Food is excellent for a chain restaurant. Do not use the app to order, problems using the app and placing order. Phone the restaurant directly and they can accommodate type of bread, style of eggs, etc. and will be ready to pick up when you want it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with my son and grand niece. It was busy. They took my name and cellphone number for my reservation. Went shopping while we waited. They didn't call me back so we went back. They informed me that they tried calling but my number didn't work... But they seated me right away. While we were looking at the menu, they called me to tell me that my reservation was ready and available... I told them they seated me already. Food was good tho!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the manager was not customer service orientated at all. I asked why she was charging me .99 to make a change for hash browns for cubed potatoes when they were the exact same price. her answer was that's what IHOP does. I was not happy with her answe and she gave me attitude and said do you want to leave. then I was asked how things were when I paid the bill and I replied it was good except that the manager does not know how to answer questions and has very poor and I mean very poor customer relations skills. then as I was walking out the door she said very sarcastically have a nice day. her name is Elisa from store 308 and that comment was out of line. she is expected to be held to a higher standard then the customer. yes I could of been a little nicer but she has absolutely no respect for customers and then threaten to tell me to leave because I did not like the way she answered my first question. her last comment t was uncalled for and way out of line so I did say that she was a terrible manager and needed to be better. we both could have handled the situation better but she needs to learn how to deal with a customer's complaint better.

Our servers is very nice and welcoming
That place was not clean and I saw some stain on carpets
Server's uniform was wrinkled.
I support local businesses I hope the I Hop improve their standards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saturday, just before noon: 25 minutes for table for 2, and 25 minutes for food after we ordered. This is probably pretty average waits for a busy restaurant for lunch. Food and service were both good. Only 1 kind of syrup? A little noisy, but again, average these days. Prices were reasonable. Overall a good experience. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit of a wait to get in but not too bad. Once seated, service was very good, friendly fast. The food was okay. I do have this thing where if something says it's going to be spicy, it should be spicy. Or at least zingy. Something called jalapeño kick should, well, have a kick. If I tried really hard I could almost taste the pepper under tone but no heat, no heat at all.

Nice staff but I was not super satisfied with service. Maybe because they are busy over the weekend. It took us about 15 minutes to be seated.
Pancakes are obvious choice, omelets are also great.
Decoration is a little old but location convenient.
