★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Benny Lee is a knowledgeable proficient dentist who runs a patient centred practice at Simon Fraser Dental in Burnaby BC. I had LANAP surgery there (not available in Victoria) where he was assisted by friendly staff and advanced technological support. He was attentive to my questions and gave me science based explanations which gave me confidence that I would receive excellent thoughtful treatment. I highly recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience overall. I had all four wisdom teeth removed with a sedative. Dr.Duffy and his nurse were very reassuring and explained everything post-op in detail. He even told me to record what he said which was useful after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had nothing but great experiences in this clinic over my entire graduate career. My hygienist Paul is friendly and skilled in his craft. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you're already a student.

Was in a lot of pain after a recent procedure. I was told to come back in 2 weeks if the pain persists. It did, so I made a follow up appointment. When I arrived I was greeted with apathy. I was told that pain was a normal part and essentially that I should not have come in. I told them that it was really painful but again my concerns for my own personal well-being were disregarded.
Essentially my experience was I had severe pain and that my experience was invalidated. The dentist seemed annoyed by my presence, and prior to even looking at my tooth began telling me that I should not have come in, that this was normal.
I have had some generally okay visits to this place in the past, but I think I am done here. Definitely finding somewhere that can really just demonstrate human compassion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there for almost a decade now. I had many teeth issues throughout my dental life and Dr Yee has been good at identifying the problem and fixing it. He is extremely knowledgeable, works efficiently and always does a quality job. He does have a lot of patients though and doesn't have much time to "chit chat". It's unfortunate but okay. The main reason I still go and actually love going is because of their hygienist called Paul. He has the "kid-glove" touch: he is so calming and soft! I used to be extremely nervous going to the dentist and now I am happy going! I even sometimes came close to fall asleep!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Sun was super patient and nice. my dad had a lot of problems and questions, she explained everything so well and throughly! I really appreciate it!! my Dr John, sorry I forgot his last name was super nice and gentle with me. my wisdom teeth was in really bad situation, and he patiently help me solved them! I am now all cure and no left over problems! truly recommend! I already drag my whole family to here! :)
