There was a new Hygienist (although Feb 2, 2021 was my 1st appt in 6 mths) and she was very good. Very thorough in the way she cleaned my teeth "inside out"! Went over a cpl of areas again where needed. Explained how to better care for my aging teeth and what kind of toothpastes and water-piks to use. Gave me new motivation to care better for my teeth starting from "Day 1"! Thank you very much for your great service to me for over 30 yrs!!

Very Horrible Experience here. I started going here because my life long dentist retired. On & off again european receptionist is so rude and pushy & she is not honest. She told the dentist a complete lie that i raised my voice at her and i didnt! Dr Jung is a good dentist and very talented at doing composite. The lady dentist ( owner) I cant say the same about. I had to go back over and over as my wire kept coming off. I never had that problem with my past dentist. During the pandemic my wire came loose and i called, emailed and left voice mails, no one would return my call. As an essential business that is very unprofessional. Also my wire was loose for weeks as i wasnt able to get through and my teeth shifted which i was so upset about. I got it fixed and in 3 days it was off again. Also the are very unprofessional! they put things through to insurance without telling you. they dont tell you the cost of things or give you a break down. I dont think thats normal. Also every-time I went in there there was a new receptionist and new hygienist. Why cant they keep the same staff members? kind of weird. its very unorganized there the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They also harrass you with emails, txt and calls for cleaning reminders even though you ask them not to remind you and they don't appreciate their clients. The last time I went there I was in complete shock with my experience. As i walked out the person that walked out behind me said I'm glad I am not the only one that thinks they are horrible. Much happier at my new dentist. I walk in they greet me in a friendly matter and respectfully. They give me a break down of the price and what is being sent to insurance before i go in so i can agree to it. if anything changes they let know before. When i leave they thank me for coming in and they listen when i ask them not to send me non stop reminders. I also do not get an attitude from the receptionist when i walk in. this place is not recommended.

Dr. Mitha was amazing. Went in for a long overdue cleaning and my teeth and gums feel amazing. Staff is friendly and had a great experience.

My dentist is just fabulous. They look after all aspects of my family‘s dental needs. No issue is too big or too small. They always manage to fit us in for emergencies and never make us feel like we are not supposed to be there. They’ve also offered us payment plans when we have needed work done that we can’t pay for fully at that time. Overall I highly recommend this dentist. If you’re nervous or just feeling there’s a lot you need to get done go visit them. You will not regret it.

Always a pleasant experience at this location. Both the receptionists and dentists are kind and professional. I used to suffer from pretty bad anxiety regarding dentists years ago but going here helped me overcome that.

I had some odd pain in the back of my mouth that could be related to my wisdom teeth, so I visited Burnaby Mountain Dental Centre as a new patient. The facility was clean, the wait was minimal, and the staff in general were all really friendly and welcoming. I was in and out within half an hour, and the services I had included a check-up and x-ray. The only issue I had was that the amount I ended up paying (112 CAD) after the appointment was nearly double the quote that I got initially (60 CAD). Even though it's a relatively small amount, I decided not to put my trust in this clinic after this.

My husband and I were patients for a while at Burnaby Mountain Dental, we only changed specialists due to move. We always got great care and Dr Mitha and the rest of the staff are super nice. One time one staff member gave away her appointment for me, because I had a pre-surgery emergency (due to my fault and not enough planning). Very nice clinic and great patient care!

Absolutely love this dental office!! The staff is amazing, the dentists are very nice and also great dealing with kids. I was pregnant twice going there so my gums were very sensitive and I didn’t feel anything during the cleaning. I highly recommend this place!!
