This incident happened around 7:30pm on Friday, March 31 when we were rounding up our checks, the owner or manager (female), had the audacity to complain that we weren't tipping enough. Our bill came to $69.00, and we had rounded it to $76.00. My standard in tipping is if the service was genuinely good, I allocate 20%, 10%-15% suffice to average, and below 10% is normally subpar. They fell in the subpar ranges so we gave them $7.00. The paying customer has the right to tip however much they wish. They can also choose to NOT top if they wish. But telling a repeat customer that we didn't tip enough is unacceptable, for this reason, we are banning this restaurant for good. There are plenty in the city who are far better. Stay away.

Ordered on skip. Didn't receive an item. I called in and they said they sold out. I told them they should note on skip that they had none left as I would just have ordered something else. Then mentioned to me that I would just get a refund from skip. Such a complete waste of time though. If I wanted to order something and pay for it just to find out later it was sold out 30 min later when it doesn't show up at my doorstep I wouldnt have even bothered. Completely unprofessional!

Wasn't my first choice, but definitely turned out quite decently. My parents seem to like coming here quite a bit. Their crab meat fish maw soup and Peking duck are things I did enjoy here.

Standard fare chinese food. Some dishes are quite good, like the seafood congee, and the seafood chow mein. Others are quite poorly done, like the green onion pancake and the beef with scrambled eggs. It all depends on what you order. Stick with the seafood and skip the other stuff.

I got delivery through Skip The Dishes from this place at around 10:00pm on a Sunday. I ordered a soy chicken rice plate, deep fried tofu, salt and pepper squid and pork century egg congee. The squid was quite tasty, still had a crisp to it. The tofu was a bit bland, but still enjoyable. The congee was actually missing the pork, but a decent congee nonetheless. What made me rate this restaurant a one star was for the soy chicken rice plate, and the rude waitress we talked to over the phone. As soon as I opened the box to my soy chicken, I was immediately disappointed and contacted the restaurant. Which made no attempt to resolve the situation but instead angered us even more by being rude and in complete denial. It was the saddest, driest, and smallest plate of soy chicken I've ever had or seen. I believe I got the left over scraps of chicken at the end of the night, which they probably thought was just barely enough to maybe fool someone into believing that this was a full order. They gave me a few extra pieces of yu choy sum (green leaf vegetable) as a attempt to cover the up the obvious disproportional chicken to rice ratio. I got literally 6 scrawny pieces of chicken, not the meaty and juicy ones but the skin and bone parts, oh sorry I got one decent piece. I felt cheated, because if you've never had soy chicken rice before, there's literally chicken, rice and a couple pieces of vegetables and obviously the chicken is the star of the dish. Just wanted to also add, we called the restaurant and tried our very best to explain to the waitress what we received in the calmest way possible, however we were met with nothing but denial, frustration and disrespect. When we asked to speak with the manager she just made excuses after excuses to avoid it from happening. I would've sincerely have let everything slide and even be a returning customer if ONLY, the waitress on the other end showed a bit of empathy and respect, however none of that was shown.

Tried them a couple times for delivery, always underwhelming. This time: Shredded ginger beef tenderloin was mostly tiny breaded chunks. Very little meat. Chicken with seasoned vegetables - chicken was barely cooked (had to check eat piece to make sure it wasn't pink - thankfully none) and the 'vegetables' was large broccoli and literally 1 slice of ?carrot? I don't usually leave bad reviews, but my order every time has been similarly disappointing. I'll be trying other nearby restaurants moving forward.

Foods are good and delicious. Price are reasonable. Service good and courteous. The only funny point is when order food with free drinks, drinks cannot come latter. The boss said they are too busy, if drinks come later, we have to pay extra as regular price. *This never heard or happened in any restaurants that I had visited* As a whole, the restaurant is worth to visit again.
