★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited pizza factory for lunch today. I hosted my in-laws for the first time to entertain, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful experience with the entire staff. They had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. You bet I will be coming back here in the future. Would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I really don’t know how to feel about what just happened to me at this place, I recently moved into the area and I’ve been becoming a regular costumer for them. I always ask for ranch instead instead of tomato sauce and it never seemed to be a problem before. However today, I came with the same request and the girl at te cashier said: “we already have tomato sauce in all of our pizzas” Which I really want to believe is not true. Cause if that’s the case, I don’t want to imagine the amount of time pizzas spend with tomato sauce on them before they get to be cooked. I don’t mean to complain but just a heads up for the information that your staff is giving to customers. She didn’t didn’t even bother to put ranch on top of the tomato sauce as I agreed after her bold statement. Also my pizza is clearly over cooked. Taste is good but this is making me think that everytime I see her at the cashier, I’m just gonna go to panago ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a staple in the community. As more and more high-rises are going up in the area, Pizza Factory is consistently giving customers great quality pizza. Would highly recommend if you are wanting to get the biggest bang for your buck as they don't cheap out on the toppings. Service is always great and reliable for larger orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this spot! Huge portions for an excellent price. Kal has owned this spot for 37 years and is always warm and inviting. Definitely recommend coming here just make sure you bring your appetite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to try the special recently 1 large for 7.99 pick up and the quality was not very good. Barely any ham or pineapple. Better off spending the 8$ on a delissio, least they have more flavor and taste.
