Not surprised by the reviews on here. Incompetent cold front desk staff. Brought my grandma here for an X-ray. Front desk stated they did not receive requisition. I had called my docs office prior to coming there to ensure this was done but I called again and they kindly re-faxed it. West coast still stated they did not receive any fax. I was then told nothing could be done and that I had to go get the physical copy. Why even make faxing an option if your system is going to fail? Upon waiting for a friend to drop off the hard copy I was told I had to wait outside in the rain and cold but my grandma could wait inside…only reason I was even there was for her assistance as she does not speak English. 20 minutes later I received the requisition and was then told it would be another 20-30 minute wait and I again had to wait outside. I’m utterly disappointed and appalled by the situation. As a healthcare worker myself I know what it’s like to be burnt out but you never take it out on your patients or their family and you do what you can to help them. In addition, parking is terrible it’s in the back with limited spaces. How is this easily accessible for someone elderly who can barely walk? How is medical care supposed to be easily accessible with this type of technology fail? Just make physical requisitions a mandatory policy if your staff cannot figure out fax machines. Makes it easier on everyone and saves time. Don’t tell patients to leave and go get requisitions when you have no idea where doctors offices are located or what the logistics for that patient to get there are. Would they have sent my grandma home if she came alone? Be more mindful and accommodating please. It’s a medical clinic we are not there for fun it’s for a illness or injury patients are already stressed and anxious as is.

I had to get an ultrasound done on my shoulder and I read the reviews about this place and went in expecting the worst, once I got there I realized I was missing my requisition form and had to have my doctor fax it over to the waiting receptionist. She was super polite and easy going about it. This made me 15 minutes late for my appointment which didn't seem to phase the staff. The dr. Was delightful and friendly, all in all I give it 5 stars for a great experience. Thank you.

This place does not even deserve 1 star. How this place is still in business is beyond me. The woman at the counter checking people in was incredibly rude. My husband had to go wait in a separate building completely, but there were two east Indian families with 4-5 family members each with them that were allowed all together. When I got called in for my ultrasound the woman said to call my husband and tell him to come in 3 minutes. There was zero cell phone service there so the call kept failing. I texted my husband and she snapped at me and told me she said to call and do as she says. She said she didn't have time to wait and go lay down on the bed. She immediately got mad at me and said I didn't drink enough water even though I felt like I was going to burst. My husband got my text so he came in and she showed him the baby for 5 seconds and literally said ok get out now. She did a transvaginal ultrasound. She literally gave me 10 seconds to take my pants, shoes off and lay on the table. She got annoyed when I was not in the right spot on the table. I was trying to make conversation with her and I said I never heard of a transvaginal ultrasound and she made some comment about how she couldn't see through my tummy because all my fat. She said she was done and to get dressed and can leave. I asked if I could get photos, she said no sorry. I asked to at least see the screen and the baby she said no. She pointed to the sign on the wall that said something about if you have questions about your visit to talk to your referring doctor. This was supposed to be a happy moment for me, it is my first baby and was my first ultrasound and I was very excited. It was completely wrecked. I left there in tears. Then your mind goes to the worst place that maybe something was wrong with my baby and it ended up being that. I was notified 3 days after my ultrasound that the technician could not locate a heartbeat. I called to speak to a manager about my experience and how I was treated so unprofessionally on two different occasions and left messages. They don't even have the decency to call you back. I will forever be traumatized over this experience and how I was treated at west coast imaging. The lack of compassion, care and empathy is TRULY pathetic.

They don’t even deserve one star. This was my third time I went there to get my Last ultrasound done.I had one ultrasound done from Langley and the staff was super nice and polite.I couldn’t go there everytime because it was far and inconvenient for me due to a complicacy.I thought surrey is the closest one .There might be different technician who would be nice but None of the technicians and receptionists are kind at all.I asked for baby’s picture and they gave me one blurred photo for $5 and when I asked the receptionist that I couldn’t even see what’s in the picture it was that unclear .Upon asking she took the photo from me and threw it in the garbage. This location shouldn’t be operating if the staff doesn’t want to work and treat patients in a good way. I hope someone take an urgent action to fix this issue because especially expecting ladies should stay away from this imaging centre. Worst experience ever have .!!!!!!!!

I warn all mothers to be...RUN AWAY from this imaging center. Go to MedRay imaging. It was my first obstetric ultrasound and West Coast made me wait really long. With a full bladder ready to explode, I was experiencing severe pain and felt as if I would pass out. I had requested the receptionist twice to rush me into the room for ultrasound. Let alone cater me in time they made me wait much longer than my scheduled appointment. Instead of being apologetic about the delay they caused they were complaining that I had too much water, whereas I just followed their written instructions. They also charge for the ultrasound picture they provide of the baby. I later learned that no other imaging center charges money for these pictures. They play with the emotions of people. They know that anyone would pay them to get pictures of their baby. This center is unprofessional and shrewd. Also, because of Covid they do not allow accompanying family members to wait in the lobby. Respecting this, my husband waited outside while I was struggling in the lobby to hold myself together. However, there were many others who just didn't follow this instruction and were crowding the lobby. The staff made no attempts to monitor this. I felt unsafe standing in the lobby.

This place does not even deserve one star. The lady at the front desk (did not seem indian) is very rude in talking to patients.Secondly, due to covid in case of pregnancy scan the male parent is already not allowed to enter due to restrictions but the technicians must atleast give a fair chance to the female parent to atleast see her baby on the screen.Everyone understands that the technician cannot provide the any information but must have courtesy to make the patient comfortable.. My first scan was with some chinese technician and he was quite generous. Overall i had a very bad experience. Not comfortable not satisfied.

Should be less than 0-Had to get an ultrasound of my shoulder. Was called on a cancellation to this location. I thought yes, since I didn’t have to wait for months now. Went to receptionist she didn’t now which shoulder ( I had told the intake the day before which shoulder) went in to the room, “Sashisha” made no attempt to welcome me or make me feel comfortable. No “ how are you my name is blah. ( I asked her what her name was before I left).More or less demanded me to give her access to my shoulder. No please or thank yous- terrible chair side manner. I couldn’t position my arm the way she wanted so she proceeded to move it herself. I was in pain the whole time. Did not say thank you or have a nice day. Call me picky but I expect this. Do not go!

My daughter needed an ultrasound. She followed the instructions to drink the water and so was uncomfortable while she waited for her appointment. She had an email saying her appointment was at 1pm. We figured traffics would be bad so we left a bit early and arrived shortly after 12pm. She asked the horribly unhelpful and heartless beings at the front desk if there was any chance of getting in sooner. They said no and she couldn’t wait there for her appointment so they turned her away to sit in the car outside. When she went back in for her appointment time she waited while other people who came in after her went straight in and she was left waiting her turn still. Finally the technician (who was nice) took her in and said “It’s too bad you left. I could have taken you at 12:30!” Bottom line is, the people working the front desk here hate their job and they clearly hate you for coming to the clinic to make them work. They need a change of staff on the front desk because those people are horrible. The technician my daughter had was nice, if you can get in. I would not go back here.
