Too slow. Waited for 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Noone did so I backed out and went to Arbys. Within 3 minutes at Arbys I had my food. When I worked at subway we had a goal to have each customer out the door in 3 minutes or less. We usually met this goal. Delivering for this location is also a pain anytime at night, as the inside of the store is closed, so you have to use the drive through. This wouldnt be a problem but they are painfully slow. Every order I am waiting an extra 10 minutes at least. Poorly organized to say the least.

I went thru the drive-thru on Tuesday at 7:00 and there were 6 vehicles ahead of me. I waited for a full 1/2 hour to have my order taken. At least we know the burgers were fresh.

BYPASS THIS LOCATION. After the last few experiences I thought I should post a review. I have been so disappointed in this Harvy location. The preparation of their food is much to be desired. The food comes saturated in grease. All over the buns and drips off the paper..not good for a chicken sandwich. I have had fish wrapped in news paper better packaged. This morning took the cake. After spending 5 min at the menu board and the last vehicle to leave the pickup window I had still not been greeted or order taken, just silence. Needless to say they exceeded the limits of my medication. I left the menu board and showed my disappointment and disapproval to the employee. Her excuse was she didn't know I was there. I was right in front of the ? I left without placing a order. Complete waist of time, I should have gone elsewhere. Lesson learned! The service and the the preparation of the food makes me furious. Could I have handled myself better? YES. However why should I give my hard earned money to a business that doesn't take food preparation and customer service with pride. This location needs a area management visit with a review on their practices and quality control. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION TO GET YOUR FOOD. I still love Wendy's, just not this one. Hard Pass!! My expectations is to get a typical dry automated response along with a blame diverting email or phone number to HQ.

The food is well executed and reliable. Unfortunately the location is so popular that often long wait times are expected. Last tone we dined in, we had no one in front of us but it still took 5 minutes to be acknowledged.

Lol. I actually used to work here as a 16yr old. It used to be good. Wendy’s as a business has changed their patty’s, buns, fries and does not put mustard on their burgers anymore. All those changes have made Wendy’s fall from grace. Lol. Those changes were unnecessary. Don’t fix what isn’t broken. I imagine it was so the company made more profits. Too bad for the loyal customers. I don’t even go here at all anymore. Used to be my favourite fast food!! So saddening.

We went through the drive-through at around 6:50 PM Saturday night. The window opens, no 'hello'...nothing. Lady hands the payment machine to my husband, takes it back, not a word. Hands our drink to my husband, didn’t even look at him, said "drink", then walked away from the window to get the rest of our order. Hands the bag, shuts the window. My husband actually began to laugh because it was such a bizarre experience. Thank goodness the spicy chicken sandwich was great. Come on Wendy's manager!! Get with the program and make sure your staff at the window know how to at least be polite!

Exceptionally nice staff ? well speaking polite not rude like McDonald's across street. I am a TRUCKEE had very bad experience at McDonald's first. Then went to Wendy's. Staff is very nice She said we are close but I can bring something for you and that was free. Staff didn't charge me even repeatedly requested. I said give to needed one cause I can pay. But she politely denied. THANKS FROM TRUCKING COMMUNITIES. OF COURSE WENDY'S

I always liked Wendy's but tonight, the manager ruined it for me. The manager was so lazy she didnt even put crackers and spoon with my chili. I also had to ask her to put the 2 frosty in a tray. To top it off, i went home with the food popping out of the bag! Might not come back ever.
