A tremendous amount of attention to detail in every aspect has been put into this project from the construction to the medical programs. Furthermore, the customer service has been absolutely impeccable and professional providing me with the highest degree of personal service and care. Definitely recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to start by saying that I am more than very pleased with the excellent customer service that I received from the Wellness Suites team from the second that I placed my initial call and spoke to Judy, the General Manager. She was very attentive, informative and ensured that all of my questions were clearly answered.
In February, I moved to Ontario with my mother who is 79 years old. I am a recently retired nurse and we both still lead very active lives. Some of the key reasons why we chose to purchase a condo at the Wellness Suites is because it offers Independent Living with the services of an Assisted Living facility that can be purchased if and when needed in the future. This will allow my mother to stay in her own home without being required to go to a traditional "Retirement Home" to pay rent and be displaced from her own home that she owns.
Besides, the facility and ameneties and incredibily beautiful and luxurious for almost the same price as anywhere else. We were also astonished when we found out that we do not have to pay full property taxes for 10 years!
The Wellness Suites offers everything and more to help adults preserve their home equity (through ownership of the condo) as well as their health through the innovative programs designed by the medical team which can be purchaed at any time.
I am so glad that I found this development! Highly recommended!!

This place has it all: the product is so unique and unparalleled; it's truly ahead of its time. Also, the prices are incredible and the finishes of the building are truly opulent.
I would have expected a project like this in downtown Toronto or Vancouver because of its caliber; but, Niagara is a gorgeous place to live and has everything and more than crowded, noisy urban centers where real estate values are through the roof!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment that I made initial contact with Judy, the GM of the Wellness Suites, I have been exceedingly happy with the service that I received. The staff is very knowledgeable, as well as exceptionally responsive, attentive and friendly.
As a retired physician, I must say that I could not be more impressed with the programs and cutting-edge technology that will be implemented in this facility. I have travelled across Europe, North America and Asia and I have never come across a facility such as the Wellness Suites that combines luxury living, precision and functional medicine services as well as all the services and amenities necessary to allow me the time to take care of myself as I age. This development is like a 5 star hotel with an in-house, private, cutting-edge functional medicine centre that is second to none.
Although The Wellness Suites is currently in a category of its own, I see a day where this becomes the Gold Standard for adult living. This is truly a very professional company with customer care and wellness being their prime focus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING staff and an INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL facility! The very best in Independent & Assisted living. I went to the showroom with my mother who was looking to scale down from her 4,500 sq/ft house and we were impressed from the moment that we arrived at the showroom. She ended up purchasing a 1 bedroom unit with a GORGEOUS view of the Niagara skyline. The Wellness Suites is currently offering what the future of adult living should be: a hotel-inspired, luxury home with an in-house team of doctors that gets to the root causes of your illnesses and provides innovative therapies to correct them.
