★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother, who does suffer from dementia, has been in Capilano Care Centre for 2 months. So far she has lost 2 sets of hearing aids ($8,000) her wedding ring and 80% of the clothing that we have brought her so far.
Great place!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience working with this long term care. All full of arogant peoples , everyone try to dominant OVER to the new comers. I wo'nt recommand anyone. There is a philiphino lady name Jean has a habit of complaining each and every things to the manager. She seemed dominant to the new collages. I hered that She recentely got the warning.....Difinately not a inclusive enviroment to work in this care. BAD BAD Experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad place to work. my friend work there over a few weeks ago. She leave the job after a week. The reason is a lady who works there NAMED JEAN .Who is very dominated with new employees and always complaints to manager about new comers. Jean always threatened new comers that she will complaint to the manager. After that my friend go through mental stress and she leaves the job. please don't join this care center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capilano Care Centre is one of the best Long Term Care Centres in all of B.C. We lived in Ottawa knowing that my parents were in good hands. My parents lived there for 6 years and were so very happy. The staff were like extended family and made them feel at home: they provided loving care, kindness and understanding. The staff is very professional with unlimited patience for the elderly. Truly impressed. Thank you!
