★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found the manager Jose to be very arrogant. Cancelled my appointment with out contacting me. Was very condescending "This may not be the place for your mother". Front line staff were also abrupt and dismissive. Very poor impression of staff :(. Will look elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is friendly, I visit my dad time to time from another provinces. I like how my dad tell me story what the staff do for him, and the facility provide for him. I could tell the staff cares for the folks. Because when my brother tells me facility offer for my dad, it is very inspiring. I also understood my dad want and need most. Honestly, thank you! This place did help my dad stayed in peace. He really just want to enjoyed watching his sports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not like it here, i don't recommend you let your relatives live here. I'm a resident and we all get treated poorly, there are very few staff that are nice and thank you to the few that are. I can't move because it's a long term facility, i highly recommend you look elsewhere. They ignore our concerns and lie to cover their own mistakes or so they don't get a bad review.
