β β β β β Fellburn staff assaulted Bobby o,shay while she was trying to help her elderly mother. Grabbed her and pushed her around for no reason.

β β β β β Not good. Communication with families was very poor during COVID outbreak with over 50 cases of infections. Too crowded as there are many beds in shared rooms. Fellburn has 40 beds in shared 4 bed wards.

β β β β β This is not a Care Home , this is a place for the Government to take your money and have Canadian Elderly just to get by ! The food is terrible, the care is not up to par and staff make good wages to give bad service ! Trust me not a place you want to leave a loved one !

β β β β β My elderly Mother in Law was moved here from Burnaby Hospital.
Both she and her children were treated terribly by staff and administration. They don't listen and don't respond to complaints. Do not leave your loved one at this facility.

β β β β β After reading these reviews, we had so much fear of our loved one entering this interim Home Care. After a couple visits, I have been so impressed and pleased how empathetic, happy and caring the entire staff is! They were feeding patients with love and so much care, High fiving and joking around with our loved one, so involved and so empathetic. Super impressed and so grateful for such a fantastic team!

β β β β β This is specifically for the day program staff on 04/12/2022 - evening (2:45pm) - the elderly woman working at this day program is terrible. I witnessed her lie, verbally abuse handydart/transit staff, and was horrible with the clientele. She uses "covid restrictions" as a way to power trip, complaining like a "karen" that a clients mask was "too loose on the bottom part" of the mask - this was a full face cloth mask, covering the mouth and nose - She needs to give her head a shake and retire - absolute horrible staff member - I've contacted Fraser health and will also be contacting the manager of the care centre. Hopefully this staff member will be fired.
