Wellington Drug Store

The best pharmacy I've been to! They remeber me and i always feel welcome. They fill my prescriptions quick and allways right. The kindest people I've met. Thank you for making my experience great.

I recently decided to switch to this drug store, having been a loyal customer for more than 20 years at Victoria Pharmacy, just a few blocks away. I made the switch purely for convenience as the drug store is attached to my doctor’s office. Staff are professional and courteous, the day staff always willing to help. I find this pharmacy to be most accommodating and am I delighted to have found it! Big thanks!

This drug store is a gem. They actually pass on the savings from manufacturers when the franchisers don't . They go above board if you have questions , order medications last minute and all the staff (including Sharon and Tara) are so professional, kind and they don't make you feel like you are interrupting them. Excellent pharmacy and clinic. I was having a very hard time getting medical care at other places, but at this clinic I was able to see a telehealth doctor and get a prescription right away. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would definitely come back here again.

Well I,ll weigh in here seeing as i see one response where the owner notes on one review it is only complaint he has seen in 6 years.That is the way it is,in some settings / retail places never see praise and others never see complaints.Could be like me people just decide to move on.A word of caution to folks who go here and at times do no receive full script due to lack of stock,I advise you count and both note what is given and owing.I walked after several times having to make multiple trips due to lack of supply.The last straw was when he disregarded the number he wrote himself on a label after crossing out the printed full amount.He then claimed they dispensed more then the number written but still less then what my script called for when i picked up the shortfall,in end I was shorted.So advise if given partial script.,make a note of it with number owing and have them sign it. Edit to respond:You were given the opportunity to correct it at the time.As I said first of all despite it being a monthly rx for some time for a chronic condition several times you did not have adequate stock.On the final occasion you were short,crossed out the printed full number on the label,and wrote by had the lesser amount,when i went to pick up the remainder the new printed label was not only less then the full rx but less then amont owing you yourself wrote in ink on the first partial dispensed that properly represented the shortage number.First problem no anticipation of monthly refill to have stock on hand.Secondly poor/non proper labelling and improper dispensing/count total.As i said I moved on and left good advice to others who may not get full rx dispensed to due non adequate stock.

Excellent service, personal attention. They even notify us when it's time to refill our prescriptions. We chose to stay with Wellington when we moved 120 kms away. Today I was even more happy than usual with that decision. My doctor was slow in renewing my prescription. Staff at Wellington contacted him and made sure my meds were available during a brief visit to Ottawa. Efficient, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile in ensuring that our needs are met.

Filled a prescription with them, which they had to bring in as they were out. They had it in, and ready for pick up in less than 24 hours. As well, they boast a competitive service fee of $11.99 which is cheaper than local corporate pharmacies.

I cannot say enough good things about the people at Wellington drug store. They are friendly, professional, so fast and just all around amazing. You really feel cared for. I honestly wanted to hug the pharmacist at one point.
