β β β β β I have frequented this pharmacy on and off for about 7 years and I have frequented a handful of pharmacies over the years as I have moved around. I dont usually comment or take the time to leave a review in regards to anything but I feel compelled to share my positive experience at this pharmacy with others and hopefully it might encourage them to visit this location. Now I am not just any typical customer here. I am not ashamed to admit I am a methadone patient at this pharmacy and with that I have experienced my share of discrimination, dirty looks, etc over the years. However I can honestly say I have never once felt like a second class citizen since becoming a member at the bell pharmacy. I am always treated well, made to feel cared for, and always feel like I am seen. I no longer live in Ottawa but when I visit here I always know I can count on Bell pharmacy to take care of me. Honorable mentions include Sonia, and these other two women whose names I should know but dont lol. Also the handsome man whose name starts with A and is drop dead gorgeous/always makes me nervous. Anyways I highly recommend Bell pharmacy.

β β β β β I cannot say enough in praise of the staff at this pharmacy. They are patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I see them being respectful and taking their time with all manner of people, some of whom arenβt treated with much patience in other places. It is a pleasure to go in here to collect my prescriptions

β β β β β I give this pharmacy 10/5 stars. I am a social worker at a hospital and send very vulnerable people to this pharmacy. They always treat everyone with dignity and respect. I also use it personally and find that every time we have an interaction, they go above and beyond - asking questions, discussing alternatives. They are truly amazing.
