J	Jamco Rusco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with Victoria pharmacy for almost 4 month now. Three times they failed to deliver my prescription for now apparent reason. I had to call each time, to find no good reason for the over-sight. I also had two occasions when the capsules I am prescribed were half the dosage. I'm not sure why they can't keep track of every prescription I give them, just that I have a problem every month with their inability to calculate and deliver my correct medications. As I sit here feeling stressed about how and when I'm going to get my medication, that I ought to have taken by now, I wait for the pharmacy to open at 9am and maybe answer the message I left on the machine. I don't understand when it's the same prescription month after month. And they get something wrong almost every time. I'm near to changing pharmacies. My meds are for stress, yet the people administering the meds are causing stress.

G	Gabrielle Huston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I moved, I switched my medications here because it was so close. However, I quickly learned that that was a mistake. They told me they didn't have record of one of my medications when they absolutely did (I know because when I did leave and transferred my medications to a new pharmacy, the medication they told me they didn't have on my file was still transferred). They never called back when I asked them to or they were supposed to, like when my medications were ready for pick up. It's also a pain to request any medication refill, renewal, or ANYTHING. There's no way to make a pharmasave account because their system supposedly doesn't work with the larger Pharmasave system where you're supposed to be able to make an account. There's no way to tell when you should be requesting a refill so you just have to keep track of it yourself, nevermind if you have a complicated situation or just a bad memory. Then when you DO request a refill, you have to do it as a guest, and all it does is send a note to the pharmacy so there's no online thing keeping track and telling you when to pick it up - and, like I said, they certainly won't call to tell you. I could go on but you probably get the point by now. I think this place really deserves 1 star, but I give it 2 because the staff were nice when I went in (except for a middle aged blonde woman, who was rather condescending when I tried to ask questions about my medication and the process of refills).
M	M. F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with this pharmacy. The staff and pharmacist are patient, kind and understanding. Some medical files are not super straightforward and they are very accommodating. I am glad I made the switch from a larger chain.

They are not pushing points programs or nickel & diming the neighbouring businesses over the price of milk. They are keeping efficient files, making friendly contact when needed, and are pleasant and knowledgeable in store. They are not saying "your meds will be ready at 3pm" and then frantically scrambling to fill the prescription at 4pm. (Lookin' at you, Rexall.) Professional without being stuffy. An absolutely pleasure to pop in every month or two when taking care of my refills. Thanks y'all, and keep up the good work!
