β β β β β Caring, thoughtful, kind, just an all around good pharmacy with good service. Wait times can be a little much but I guess that's what goes with prescriptions without errors. Great place and they have almost every medication on hand too.

β β β β β I've been to a few different pharmacies around the city over the years, but this is definitely my favorite one so far..
The staff are wonderfully human and treat you like such. They're helpful, friendly and are always very kind to me.
The selection is great for the area & size of the shop, (they have all the supplements I could ever want) and the prices are definitely competitive, (good luck finding decent hairbands or brushes at that good a price elsewhere)..
They're a great part of the community that I'm more than happy to support with my business and I highly recommend them.

β β β β β Through this pandemic itβs been very hard to find consistency when filling prescriptions. The staff and pharmacist have been amazing!
Friendly, courteous and excellent service.
I never have an issue filling my prescription. Even if the medication is not available (ie back orders) they go above and beyond to make sure I have a supply and never go a day without.
There wait times are very reasonable and if I call in the prescription is always ready. Stock and selections are good and are better priced then a lot of contenders.
Thanks Ottawa Street Pharmacy. You are always great! Definitely worth going there!

Switching to this pharmacy from my other one was also very easy ! And they were super friendly even during that first phone call. They put their customers Frist and strive to make a welcoming warm environment/experience.
They always have my prescriptions ready and they even have treats :)
They have name brand products and generic brand versions. (the generic brand is very modestly priced) it's a small family run place pharmacy and I recommend it to anyone looking for a pharmacist that actually gets to know their clients and instead of seeing you as just another dollar.
