It is so bad insurance company. I have an accident from one month and they should fix my car till now they didn't do anything and I try to call them many times every day but no one answer. That is so so bad.

$1500 a year increase in insurance? Will be canceling my insurance and getting somewhere else anywhere else. Have been using this insurance for many years…..absolutely disgusted

Terrible service. In an accident 3 months ago and never received a rental and still to this day have not been compensated for my car or have my car. I was rear ended. Will be contacting a lawyer today!

Been waiting 2 months to get refunded money they took out of my account twice when they werent suppose to. If i could give zero stars i would. Im switching insurance companies at the end of my term.

Can't get a gold of any of the adjustors. Was told three days to get a decision on fix vs totaled for my van. It's been over 3 weeks and no further communication. Doesn't answer phone, or emails. Can't get info direct from shop. They flat out took my vehicle and won't talk to me. Been with wawanesa through Mckillop for decades. We'll be looking elsewhere. Steph Rodriguez hope you enjoyed your vacation, would have been nice if you came to office for more than changing your voice-mail.

3 months after having our car, it is still not fixed from the accident, yet they sent it back to our house at our expense. Their client was completely at fault, yet here we are with a car that doesn’t run and paying for our tow and rental. No one will answer the phone, no one replies to emails. Even when our insurance guy was called thinking he could help, he laughed and complained about no contact or replies. Zero rating. How is this company a thing?

I noticed today that my car insurance is being withdrawn twice within days of each other, one on the set withdrawal date of the 27th, one yesterday. This is not the first time this has happened, and I have bank statements to prove it. I have never missed a payment as they are auto withdrawn. Withdrawing randomly when I’ve already paid is an extreme breach of trust, or as some people call it, stealing. I’ve tried to call customer service, a toll free line anywhere and can’t get ahold of anyone until Monday.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We hit a deer in December. Our agent has been dragging her feet and completely unreliable. It is near impossible to talk to anyone or get an email response in a timely manner. Apparently a check was issued January 10th and we still have seen no sign of it. But of course the company demanded we turn our rental vehicle in within 2 days of "issuing" the check so we have been without a replacement for almost a month!! How is it that Wawanesa can take money out of my bank account every month but somehow they are incapable of paying me for my vehicle!?? We will be shopping around for a new insurance company.
