About West Family Dental
Dr. Leanne Murphy was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. After completing her Bachelor of Science degree, she obtained her DMD at the University of Manitoba. She was awarded the gold medal in Dentistry for the class of 1998 for the highest academic and clinical standing. She then spent an additional year of training at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, which included training in providing IV sedation and wisdom tooth extraction.
Dr. Murphy founded West Family Dental in January of 2001 and has been practicing there since, as a professional, qualified dentist in Lethbridge. She and her staff attend numerous continuing education courses every year, and focus on clinical excellence and patient comfort.
At West Family Dental, we take pride in using modern dental technology and techniques while maintaining a strong focus on patient care. When you require a dentist, our Lethbridge clinic is here to help.
In her spare moments, Dr. Murphy enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children.

They took the time to explain each process step by step and in a way that relieved his anxiety immediately! We will not be going anywhere else for our dental health. These ladies were all amazing!

She discovered the source of my pain (split/cracked tooth) and prescribed me with interim treatment to alleviate my pain and infection until I could see the specialist. So thankful!
