All West Dental - Lethbridge

Very bad experience. Will not recommend to anyone. I have moved to an another dentist where I am very well respected and treated properly. During my dental cleaning in December 2020, the dentist did not inform me that they will be using two appointments to finish my work. They just assumed that I will pay for the second appointment without even informing me beforehand. Anyways, a couple of days after my second appointment, the careless receptionist calls me to stop by the clinic to pay some $35 that was miscalculated by the staff. That's highly unprofessional. They just want to take money out of patients' pockets. Then, a week before today, I wanted to book an appointment for dental extraction for which they quoted around $95-$100 in December 2020 after my insurance. However, now, suddenly, the quote is $195-$200 in April 2021. When I asked the staff about it, they hardly explained and were very rude. Plus, the appointment is not available till next week. Highly disrespectful administrative staff, just working to fill hours and get paid. Nothing else! I am sure All West Dental has many patients, but they lack professionalism and personal attention. I would not recommend new patients to opt for this clinic for sure. Be careful!

Very efficient , courteous. The dentistry is very good and Dr Byam and his staff make you feel valued as a customer.

Had an AMAZING experience at All West Dental! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their job there. A happy place that I have no issue returning to on a regular basis. Great job All West Dental team!

I'm going to preface this with the fact that I have a pretty adverse reaction to going to the dentist in general, I don't mind pain in any other part of the body but there's just something about having any work done in your mouth that paralyzes me. All West absolutely changed my perception about dentist and dental office. Everyone in there were an absolute joy to interact from the beginning of the interaction all the way to the end of the procedure. Dr.Byam was an absolute artist in pain management and truly gentle during the entire procedure. I barely feel anything when the freezing agent was injected and the work was done. Not only that, he has this unexplainable way of making you feel comfortable from the first consultation all the way to the end. It's not easy to be able to soothe and make anyone trust you just through your eyes (you know, because of Covid mask) but Dr.Byam managed to do just that. Pain free procedure, stress free environment, empathetic dental clinic. His assistant Laura was also an absolute gem. They worked and complement each other so well that they managed to make an already stressful procedure a breeze. it takes a superhuman level of compassion to be able to calm your client like that even before the N2O kicks in. I really appreciate having her there walking me through the entire procedure as well. The clinic doesn't have Spa like amenities like most new dental offices these days, but there is a charm on its simplicity as well. I guess you don't really need fluffy spa-like amenities when your clinic is absolutely staffed with artists and professionals who are an absolute gem and really really good at their jobs. I kinda appreciate the no-fluff approach on it. It's oddly comforting knowing what to expect when you walked in to this clinic. All in all, no one enjoyed going to the dentist but as someone who used to be really adverse of dental works, All West is the closest you can get for a pain-free, compassionate, and chill dentistry. Highly recommended. Additionally, I can speak from experience that the mental barrier of getting your dental works done was actually more harmful and "painful" than the entire procedure. I was stressing out in two weeks before my appointment and couldn't help but chuckled once everything was done. There was never a need to be stressed out or worried about it as they really do take an amazing care of you. Thank you Dr.Byam, Laura, and everyone else in All West.

Amazing services! Have an awesome staff that is hands on and ready to deal with all your dental needs! The dentist are also very honest which I find very helpful keeping my teeth to a point that they can all stay safely in my mouth!

I just had my first appointment at all west and i was very impressed with everyone that i met. I needed a good amount of work done and they were quick to make it happen. They were not pushy about future work and were happy to provide estimates. I left with a much nicer smile (chip repaired)! Thanks everyone at all west!

Always very friendly, professional, works with client to make sure you have the best dental care and payment rate. Very understanding and flexible with everything. So glad for this business and what they have done with the dental health of my family. Please if you need a place to go for dental care, do not miss the opportunity to take them on. Truly one of a kind and amazing staff, haven’t been to the dentist for awhile. But all west dental is by far the best dentist I have been too. They put your mind at ease, tell you everything they are doing. And if your not comfortable they will accommodate you until you are comfortable. Had a chipped front tooth fixed this morning and it looks like it was never chipped!. And all the staff are so kind and very very nice. I HIGHLY recommend this place for all your dental needs. Everyone seems happy there so it automatically puts you in a good mood ?
