N	No Name on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently living one of these buildings. Very nice and new building, people around here are great. There are quite amenities around here. Only thing that sucks is management, the 2 ladies in the office are so confused, miss communicated, lack of curtesy and have no respect for your time. They should definitely change the short lady.
P	PraBhhh jOt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience with one the caretaker named Jennifer at 90 waterford green common appartments . We lived here for one year. Appartments are so nice newly bulit. There were two caretakers while we moved here one man was so nice throughout the year. Helped me couple of times he was so nice. But the lady caretaker Jennifer wasn’t nice while we were living there. When we were moving out beacause we had a house by that time. She was forcing us to renew our lease Email us every two days to renew lease even before they give us a written deadline. Beacause at that time they had some vacant units. She don’t want us to leave from there. We had a appointment before moving to check everything is working and some things to do from our side and we did the same. Everything was fine. But on last day she told us that we are going to deduct some money (Around $100)from your security deposit. Beacause we need to clean the carpet Even the carpet was so nice & clean already. She told we take this money from everybody when they move. That was so disgusting on last day asking for money. We don’t have any other option at that time So aggred to pay that money. My friend told me that she did same with him while he moved from there. I don’t suggest anybody to live here. If anybody wants to move there just make sure if that lady(Jennifer) is still working there.Or you can discus these thing well before you Rent these appartments.
