i want three bed room appartment

Nice place

I was looking at these flats as a possiblity but due to the bad reviews I will have to pass.

I am not recommending this apartment. Management is really worst, especially caretakers and manager. They are rude and they are only nice at the beginning but when you already signed a contract, they are the worst person ever.

Managers have no idea how to speak to people. And even worse do not care about their tenants. I paid for in suit laundry and waited for 3 weeks to get an electrician in to see if there was a problem. During that time, they had me stay home for appointments with electricians which never showed up. Bed bugs were an issue and they did NOTHING to help. I personally had to pay a company to come out and fumigate my apartment twice. And they did NOTHING. Fire hazards in apartment were not attended to until i called the Tenancy branch. DO NO LIVE HERE! **Must add that once managers saw this post they asked me to take it down, and would start doing some work if i did....They started to do some work, and now i have not seen them in weeks. Hence this post is still here. There is a hole in my shower, as they started work and stopped because they noticed it was worse than expected. That was 4 weeks ago. I was asked not to use shower until they could fix....Am i not supposed to shower?

I wish I could take down earlier post from 2 years ago or edit. This management has come to help tremendously after an unfortunate incident in an adjacent apartment. They helped us look for a new place and they did not need to do that. Jolene is a pleasure to deal with, she really seems to care. Better than past property managers here by far over last 14 years.

For some reasons my friends post got removed. Now, let's begin again and hopefully this doesn't get removed as well or this will go across many platforms that will never be removed, as this is frankly inappropriate behavior. First off, there are individuals in multiple units that seem to be spreading rumors or derogatory information concerning other tenants or their guests based on facial features, and that certain people in these apartments are joining in, by possibly, humiliating people behind their backs by behaving irrationally, inconsiderately, or impolitely to create a hostile environment even towards people with mental health problems. When tenants are advised not to stomp on the floor management seems to find excuses to continue to allow these tenants to do so. Management advised a unit that guests are not allowed. Please if you are going to ask to have reviewers call you, respond to ALL the people in your reviews that have provided poor reviews as well. Targeting individuals to "speak" to them mostly looks like you are looking to do that and target individuals to pretend to assist them, but looks more like you want the capacity to stalk your victims. And if your tenants react and respond as a group then certain tenants behave like a group of childlike bullies, who cannot take a poor review of their own actions, and instead try and cover it up. To me this is disconcerting at the most. Now I hope you respectfully deal with your troubling tenants who are causing quite the stir rather than behaving like inappropriate and corrupt adults who don't know how to discipline the correct people causing issues. If you cannot deal with people with mental health issues, I suggest you bring this up with the Human Rights of Canada or an international agency and perhaps they can teach your tenants how to properly behave with people they do not even know.

Management is nice. Washer dryer inside. Area so good and safe We live here for 4yrs
