★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service from Josh is incredible. He is extremely knowledgable, enthusiastic and loves what he does. We have very bad water and we were tired of poor service and equipment performance from our existing "biggest name" supplier. That stuff went in the garbage and the system that Josh recommended and Cory installed is so much better. Finally we have clean water and a great trouble free system.

We were concerned about our water quality and old filtration system and Josh did a thorough water analysis and consultation, including advising us on everything we DIDN'T need. They are customer service oriented and interested in building long-term client relationships that last. We are very pleased with our new system which was expertly installed by Corey and is being maintained annually by the Water Depot. We know we can also count on them for quick response times and thorough work related to any problems with our water systems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped into the Owen Sound Water Depot store and had a very good coverstation with the young lady working there. Arranged to have a water test done at my home, Josh the owner of Owen Sound Water Depot came out, did a water test and told me exactly what I needed (Iron Filtration Unit) and did not try to sell me anything I did not need) Installer Cory installed my unit in a timely fashion, explainded everything to me, very knowlegable and courteous. I could not ask for better service, highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience with the Water Store in Owen Sound so I decided to try the WaterDepot. Not only did they install a system that works very well on the high iron content water but the follow-up service and response could not be better. Had a leak today , called the store, unit repaired in 2 hours with no charge. I highly recommend this business and the staff.

What was promised was delivered, I have very iron rich water, and the system recommended after a very in depth consultation - ensured my water tasted perfect! Josh and his team come highly recommended!!

Josh was very helpful in explaining and determining what we will require to get clean, potable water for our new cottage near Tobermory. Corey did an excellent job installing the components where we wanted them to go in the small area he had to work with. Look forward to dealing with them in the future!
