It was on a weekend and there prompt and efficient service repaired parts in the well and make sure we had water. This company has the best customer service and people working for them. Job well done and I wont hesitate to recommend your company.

The building is old and I had no idea where any of the pipes were or what the problem was. Within an hour of emailing, Ben came in and diagnosed the problem with the limited info I was able to give him. He even offered preventative measures to make sure this doesn't happen again. Super nice guy to deal with and 100% would recommend Georgian Blue to anyone in the area after dealing with them.

Within 10 minutes I got a call back and he arranged to have Ben stop by the next day. The deeper we dug into the problem the more we realized it was pretty serious. The end result was a new drilled well and Jake arranged everything. He was in constant contact and answered all my questions and concerns. They are very professional to deal with and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
J	J.D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our well water pump a Berkley, was about 29 years old and over the years here in Muskoka, we had never had a problem with our water amount or quality. It was late Oct. when the water changed to very light beige; then it came back to clear after a few days. That's when we decided not to chance it through winter and look into getting a new pump instal. We obtained two estimates; one recommendation was for a new pump only. Upon further reviewing the connecting component system to the entire setup, bladder, wires, control box, well-T, etc. we called Jake to discuss and that's when we decided to go with Georgian. In a week, Ben came out and did a fantastic job explaining as he went along replacing all of the old connections, wires, well-t and a new Franklin pump. His installation was very thorough. He worked conscientiously to provide quality in the delivery of his service, ensuring all of our concerns and questions were answered. Although this company is rather young, I firmly believe Jake and Ben will go far in this field because they really care about the service and solutions that they provide to all of their customers and that their customers are left satisfied.. This review comes from a retired individual in quality management and engineering. Thank you Jake and Ben, you guys make a great team and I'll be sure to pass your company name on to others here in Muskoka in need of well water solutions!

Having spoken with Jake at Georgian Blue Water, he had a service tech (Ben) on site to troubleshoot and repair the problem by 9:00 AM the next morning. Aside from the amazing response time, I was impressed with how knowledgeable Ben was, and he provided us with a cost effective solution in short order. The work was completed the same day. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with these guys and am extremely grateful for the professional services they provided. They are now my go-to water guys and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you Jake and Ben!

I tried several other Well services, sent many emails, left messages, could not get anyone to show up, even after was told they would be there. Then I found GBW, I spoke with Jake on my first call, received a quote, and was given a date. Ben showed up as promised, even with it raining heavy and snow on the ground. Ben answered all my questions, (I had many), explained what was going on. Also received some good information to help with building a house and having a Well. Received the water quality test results in 2 days.! Wish I called GBW first!

We had a few different company's come out to diagnose and help us figure out the best course of action. We felt really good about Jake right away, genuine honest and knowledgable. Ben came to do all the work and we tried everything. They converted us to a submersible pump and we had to do some treatments and a blast. They had excellent communication, teaching us along the way. Ben made sure to check on us over the weekend to ensure we had water and the service and level of care blew us away!
