Showed up early (with a call prior to coming) and had everything they needed with them, even had those shoe covers when walking around the house.I had read great reviews about Jimmy and Emilyou, but still expected a mess due to the location of the valve. However they fixed everything mess free, vacuumed up the area and were done faster than I expected. Replaced with a new design valve that is much easier to operate.I was so impressed I asked them to look into my other plumbing issues around the house, ranging from shower noise and drain replacement to crossed hot/cold lines and outright missing supply valve for the garage tap (it gets below freezing there). And just like that, 5 years of neglected plumbing issues fixed in under 3 hours. They did a great work. Thank you DRAIN BACKUP Emergency Plumber.

As it was Jimmy arrived in the afternoon, at a time of my choosing, having kept me in the loop by phone. He was thorough in every aspect of his work, as he worked out the map of all the drains, both in the property and outside and then finding and clearing the blockage. He also showed me his progress through his camera. It was also clear through his demeanour and chatting to him how much he loved his work and working out the puzzles.
